Riassunto Il presente lavoro descrive un’applicazione della matrice di contabilità sociale (SAM) italiana stimata dal CEIS dell’Università di Roma “Tor Vergata” all’analisi di impatto economico di politiche energetiche. Il lavoro descrive i risultati della disaggregazione della SAM del 2010 mediante una variante della procedura di Wolsky utilizzata per modellare con maggiore dettaglio il sistema energetico nazionale. Letta nel senso delle righe evidenzia le fonti di entrata di ciascuna istituzione o settore produttivo; letta nel senso delle colonne evidenzia come lo stesso aggregato impiega il reddito disponibile. Se a titolo di esempio analizziamo la riga relativa ai fattori della produzione, osserviamo che i fattori della produzione vengono remunerati per il loro contributo al processo di produzione dei beni e remunerati. Letta per colonna mostra come i redditi dei fattori vengono redistribuiti alle istituzioni (redditi da lavoro alle famiglie, redditi da capitale alle imprese, imposte al governo e profitti distribuiti ancora alle famiglie. Infine, analizzando le colonne relative alle istituzioni, vediamo come il reddito viene ripartito tra consumi risparmio e imposte alimentando la domanda finale di beni e servizi.
