Measurements: h: 0.255 * w: 0.38 * t: 0.175State of conservation: The fragment, pertaining to the upper part of
the stele, is broken all around; a large part of the original pediment is preserved.
Legibility: The inscribed surface is flecked with nicks and quite eroded.

Notes:
Two fragmentary inscriptions have been found during the 1890 excavations west of the Horologion: EM 7469 and EM 7959; the latter pertains to the poletai account of 307/6 BCE Ath.Agora 19 P40, whose frg. b (Ag. I 1723) was found in 1934, in a late context in the
Bouleuterion Platea (#F11). These considerations further support the already likely provenance of this decree from the Agora.
