Il coordinatore del Comitato dei gestori, dott. Emilio Franco, comunica che quest’oggi, nel corso dell’assemblea dei soci di Prysmian, la lista presentata Aberdeen Standard Investments, Algebris Ucits Funds Plc, Amundi Asset Management SGR, Anima SGR, Arca Fondi SGR, Bancoposta Fondi SGR, Etica SGR, Eurizon Capital SGR, Eurizon Capital SA, Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland), Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management SGR, Interfund SICAV, Generali Investments Luxembourg SA, Generali Investments Partners SGR, Kairos Partners SGR, Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited, Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR, Mediolanum International Funds Limited e Stichting Depositary Apg Developed Markets Equity Pool ha ricevuto circa 30.440.702 voti ovvero circa il 15% dei voti espressi in assemblea, pari a circa l’11% del capitale sociale per cui risultano eletti nel collegio sindacale:

1) STEFANO SARUBBI, born in Milan on December 6, 1965.
2) Degree in Economics achieved on Aprii 1990 at Milan University "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" (final examination about "Extraordinary interim Financial Statements provided by Italian Law").
3) Qualification as Certified Public Accountant achieved on November 1990 at Milan University (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore).
4) Affiliate member of the officiai role of Certified Public Accountants ("Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti") since September 1991 No. 3028.
5) From 1991 to 2012 he also was the promoting partner of SAREVI S.a.s. di Sarubbi Stefano & C., an audit company providing voluntary certification of financial statements.
6) Since 1991 up today he has been attending the role of statutory auditor in severa!
c.ompanies. At present he is also Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of INWIT S.p.A. (listed on Italian Stock Exchange) and COCA-COLA ITALIA S.r.l. Moreover he is - inter alia - Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SHISEIDO 1T ALY S.p.A. and sole Statutory Auditor of Mattel Italy S.r.l.
