1.3.1 Definizioni 1.3.1 Definition - Zone pericolose

Qualsiasi zona all’interno o in prossimità della macchina nella quale esiste un rischio per la sicurezza e la salute di una persona esposta.

- Hazardous areas

Any area within or near the machine in which there is a risk to the safety and health of an exposed person.

- Persona esposta

Qualsiasi persona che si trovi internamente o in parte in una zona pericolosa.

- Exposed person

Any person who is internally or partially in a danger zone.

- Operatore

La o le persone incaricate di installare, far funzionare, regolare, eseguire la manutenzione, pulire e trasportare la macchina.

- Operator

The person or persons to install, operate, adjust, perform maintenance, cleaning and transporting the machine.

- Classificazione degli operatori

L’operatore si può distinguere in due figure principali, che in alcuni casi sono identificabili in una persona sola:

- Operatore per la conduzione della macchina ha il compito di:

- avviare e controllare il funzionamento automatico della macchina.

- effettuare semplici operazioni di regolazione

- eliminare cause di arresto della macchina che non interessino rotture di organi ma semplici - anomalie di funzionamento

- pulire la macchina

- Operatore per la manutenzione della macchina e’ un tecnico qualificato, in grado di operare sulla macchina in condizioni di protezione aperte e di intervenire sugli organi meccanici ed elettrici per effettuare regolazioni, manutenzione e riparazioni.

- Classification of operators

The operator can distinguish two principal figures, which in some cases are identifiable in a single person:

- Prima di iniziare il lavoro, gli operatori devono essere perfettamente a conoscenza della posizione e del funzionamento di tutti i comandi riportati sul manuale d’istruzioni per l’uso.

- Before starting work, the operators must be fully aware of the position and functioning of all the commands in the manual of instructions for use.

- Prestare sempre attenzione ad eventuali cartelli di pericolo affissi all’impianto.

- Always pay attention to any signs of danger displayed plant.

- Non eliminare, rimuovere o modificare le protezioni di sicurezza durante l’uso.

Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da operatori specializzati e competenti in materia.

- Oltre al dovere di attenersi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni contenute nel presente manuale, gli operatori hanno l’obbligo di segnalare ai loro diretti responsabili ogni eventuale difetto o potenziale situazione pericolosa che si dovesse verificare.

In caso di mal funzionamento della macchina, verificare le procedure riportate nei vari capitoli.

3 Structure and use of the manual

- Leggere attentamente il presente manuale prima di procedere alla messa in servizio della macchina, ossia dell’impianto.

- Questo manuale ha lo scopo di fornire all’utilizzatore tutte le informazioni necessarie affinché, oltre ad un adeguato utilizzo della macchina, sia in grado di gestire la stessa nel modo più autonomo e sicuro possibile.

- This manual is designed to provide the user with all necessary information that, in addition to an appropriate use of the machine is able to manage itself in a more independent and safe as possible.

- Esso comprende informazioni inerenti l’aspetto tecnico, il funzionamento, il fermo macchina, la manutenzione, i ricambi e la sicurezza.

5 Installazione 5 Installation

5.1 Movimentazione 5.1 Handling

- La macchina viene fornita imballata. Una volta posizionata nel luogo prescelto togliere gli imballi.

- The machine comes packaged. Once positioned at the selected place to remove the packaging.

- Il personale addetto alla movimentazione dovrà indossare:

Guanti e scarpe antinfortunistiche con puntale protettivo regolarmente marchiati CE.

- The staff handling should wear:

- Assicurarsi che nessun estraneo si trovi nel raggio d’azione del carrello durante le operazioni di trasporto e movimentazione.

5.2 Allacciamenti e messa a punto 5.2 Connections and development

- Collegare i motori alla presa di corrente prevista per il tipo di motore.

5.3 Pulizia 5.3 Cleaning

- La pulizia della macchina può essere eseguita da personale senza specifiche

competenze tecniche, che sia però stato preventivamente informato sui comandi principali di esclusione della macchina dalla rete pneumatica ed elettrica, per non incorrere in situazioni di pericolo.

- The cleaning of the machine can be performed by personnel without specific technical skills, but it's been previously informed about the main controls to exclude the car from the pneumatic and electrical engineering, in order to avoid danger.

- Alla fine di ogni turno è consigliabile eseguire una pulizia completa rimuovendo la polvere e lo sporco ed eventuali sfridi di materiale residui dalla lavorazione.

- At the end of each round you should perform a thorough cleaning by removing dust and dirt and any scraps of material residue from processing.

5.4 Demolizione e smaltimento 5.4 Demolition and disposal

- Lo smaltimento non abbisogna di particolari accorgimenti in quanto la macchina non è costruita con materiali nocivi.

Occorre comunque separare i vari componenti per gruppi omogenei come:

- Acciaio - Alluminio - Parti plastiche - Ecc…..

Tali componenti andranno poi smaltiti secondo le vigenti leggi in vigore.

- Disposal needs no special precautions because the machine is not built with hazardous materials.

But we must separate the various components for homogeneous groups as:

- Steel - Aluminum

- Plastic components - Etc ... ..

6.1 Condizioni ambientali 6.1 Environments

- La macchina deve essere utilizzata in un capannone industriale di adeguate dimensioni, che non si esponga alle intemperie, l’ambiente deve essere ben illuminato e non deve presentare pericoli di esplosione di qualsiasi tipo.

- The machine should be used in an industrial building of adequate size, that does not expose to the weather, the environment should be well lit and must not present hazards of explosion of any kind.

E’ vietato usare la macchina in ambienti in atmosfera esplosiva.

6.2 Posto di lavoro 6.2 Workplace

- L’operatore deve posizionarsi sui lati longitudinali della macchina in modo da non ostacolare l’entrata e l’uscita del prodotto.

- Gli operatori, prima di lavorare sulla macchina, devono aver letto e compreso le istruzioni contenute nel presente manuale, prestando particolare attenzione alle norme di sicurezza.

6.3 Segnali 6.3 Signals

- Sulla macchina, ove necessario, sono apposti degli adesivi di PERICOLO/DIVIETO.

- E’ obbligatorio prenderne visione prima di qualsiasi utilizzo.

6.5 Qualificazione del personale 6.5 Staff skills

 Il personale addetto ad operare sulla macchina, prima di iniziare il lavoro, deve aver studiato il capitolo “Sicurezza”. Questo vale soprattutto per il personale incaricato solo

sporadicamente.

7 Ricambi 7 Parts

- Sostituzione gruppo cuscinetti testata motrice (tab. 7.1):

- Allentare la cinghia agendo sul sistema di tensionamento in dotazione sulla testata folle. A seconda della versione, agire sul perno eccentrico oppure sulle viti di regolazione dell’ albero folle. Nel secondo caso, occorre prima smontare la piastra posteriore ed allentare i grani di blocco delle viti.

- Smontare la testata dal profilo.

- Togliere le viti laterali e dividere le due semi-testate.

- Sostituire i cuscinetti. Per le operazioni di montaggio rimontare il tutto nella sequenza inversa.

Tensionare la cinghia (vedi tab 7.3).

- Loosen the belt strain using the tensioning device supplied on the idle header. Depending on the version, act on the eccentric pin or on the idle shaft setting screws. In the second case, it is previously necessary to remove the rear plate and to loosen the screws locking the tensioning ones.

- Remove the driving header from the stem.

- Remove the header side screws and separate the two half-heads.

- Replace the bearings. To assembly, run in the reverse order. Tighten the belt. (look at tab.7.3).

- Allentare la cinghia agendo sul sistema di tensionamento in dotazione sulla testata folle, come da tab 7.1.

- Smontare la testata dal profilo.

- Togliere le viti laterali e dividere le due semi-testate.

- Estrarre i 2 cuscinetti da sostituire dalla puleggia e sostituirli.

- Per le operazioni di montaggio, rimontare il tutto nella sequenza inversa. Tensionare la cinghia (vedi tab. 7.3).

- Loosen the belt strain using the tensioning device supplied on the idle header, as in tab 7.1.

- Remove the idle header from the stem.

- Remove the header side screws and separate the two half-heads.

- Pull out the bearings from the pulley and replace them.

To assembly, run in the reverse order. Tighten the belt (look at tab. 7.3).

- Registrazione cinghia dentata (tab. 7.3):

- Recording timing belt (Table 7.3):

- Portare la cinghia leggermente in tensione agendo sul sistema di registrazione in dotazione sulla testata folle.

- Spostare la puleggia condotta verso l’esterno di 2 mm per ogni metro di corsa, avendo cura di mantenere la perpendicolarità della stessa rispetto all’unità.

- Mettere in movimento il carrello ed osservare che la cinghia non abbia un’eccessiva oscillazione.

Altrimenti occorre agire nuovamente sul sistema di tensionamento, facendo attenzione che i denti della cinghia non si sovrappongano ai denti della puleggia.

- Una volta raggiunta la tensione ottimale, bloccare il dispositivo di registrazione stringendo, a seconda del tipo di testata folle, il dado basso oppure i grani.

- Bring the belt slightly under tension using the recording device supplied on the idle header . - Move the driven pulley toward the outside by 2 mm for each meter of running and keep it perpendicular to the linear unit.

- Put the carriage in motion and observe that the belt does not move from the center and does not swing excessively. Otherwise you need to act again on the tensioning device (It is essential the belt teeth do not overlap the pulley one).

- Once you reach the belt optimal tension, lock the recording device tightening the idle header lower nut or the screws (it depends on the type of header adopted).

- Sostituzione cinghia dentata (tab. 7.3.1):

- Mettere in sicurezza l’unità lineare bloccando lo scorrimento del carrello.

- Allentare la cinghia agendo sul sistema di tensionamento della testata folle, come da tab 7.1.

- Allentare le due viti centrali del carro.

- Smontare le due testate dal profilo.

- Sfilare la cinghia e sostituirla.

- Per rimontare l’asse, ripetere le operazioni in senso inverso - Procedere al tensionamento della cinghia come da tab. 7.3.

- Secure the axis blocking the cart sliding.

- Loosen the belt strain using the idle header tensioning device, as in tab 7.1.

- Loosen the two screws in the middle of the carriage..

- Remove the headers from the stem.

- Pull off the belt and replace it.

- To assembly the axis, run in the reverse order.

- Proceed to the belt tensioning such as in tab. 7.3.

Per tensionare le rotelle:

-Individuare le rotelle eccentriche marcate “E” sulla piastra del carrello.

- Allentare il dado superiore di serraggio delle rotelle eccentriche e ruotare queste ultime fino a raggiungere il precarico desiderato (si deve imprimere la rotazione appena superiore a quelle che impedisce lo slittamento della rotella sulla guida . Di norma dopo il contatto della rotella con la guida ruotare di ulteriori 8-10°).

- Serrare dado e vite mantenendo in posizione il perno eccentrico.

- Verificare periodicamente il corretto funzionamento della cinghia.

- Dopo un periodo di rodaggio le rotelle si adattano alla guida. Quindi potrebbe essere necessario ripristinare il precarico.

Per sostituire le rotelle:

- Allentare la cinghia agendo sul sistema di tensionamento della testata folle . - Togliere le due viti centrali del carrello.

- Smontare la testata folle dal profilo e liberare la cinghia.

- Sfilare il carrello e sostituire le rotelle.

Rimontare l’asse nella sequenza inversa, ricordandosi di registrare le rotelle.

To tension the wheels:

- Identify the eccentric wheels which are marked "E" on the cart plate.

- Loosen the eccentric wheels upper locking nut and rotate the eccentric wheels in order to reach the required preload (it must be given rotation enough to prevent the wheel slippage on the rail.

Usually after contact with the guide, turn the wheels 8-10 degree in addition).

- Tighten the screws at the nuts. Be careful to keep in position the eccentric pin.

- Check for proper operation of the belt.

- After a trial period, the wheels may adapt to the track. In this case it may be necessary to restore the preload.

To replace the wheels:

- Loosen the belt tension acting on the eccentric shaft of the idle header . - Remove the screws in the middle of the carriage.

- Remove the idle header from the stem and release the belt.

- Pull out the cart and replace the wheels.

Reassemble everything performing the reverse order. Be careful to set the wheels.

Dopo aver tensionato o sostituito le rotelle, ripristinare la tensione della cinghia come da tab. 7.3.

After tensioning or replacing the wheels, restore the belt tension such as in tab. 7.3.
