THE WAGE TO THE EDUCATED WORKER MUST COVER THE EDUCATION COST

THIS CONSTARINT SHOULD IMPOSE A CONDITION SUCH THAT (1) THE CONTRACTUAL WAGE IS wH IF EDUCATION = e* AND OUTPUT PER HOUR = aH (2) THE CONTRACTUAL WAGE IS ZERO OTHERWISE.
