Guarnizione stampata a iniezione, si alloggia sulla bocca del vaso e per rimuoverla si prende la comoda linguetta. La garanzia di tenuta del packaging si ha quando il tappo viene avvitato andando a premere il sottotappo sullo spessore superiore del collo del vaso. Infatti si ha un piccolo spazio tra vaso e tappo a dimostrazione della idonea battuta.

Induction-melted seal. It is placed in the neck’s opening of the jar and to remove it there is the practical tab. When the lid is screwed and it pushes the shive on the upper thickness of the neck’s jar, the packaging sealing warranty is secured.

There is a small space between the lid and the jar due to the perfect lush between the two elements.

Questo sigillo è perfetto per i prodotti sensibili che hanno la necessità di avere una protezione dall’ossigeno e dall’aria anche nelle settimane successive alla prima apertura. I dischi sono compatibili con vasi in PET, PP e PEHD.

Brother of the plain induction joint but with the addition of an EPE layer that separates from the aluminium part after the transfer in the induction tunnel (EPE protection remains inside the lid). This seal is perfect for the sensitive products that need a protection from oxygen and air even in the weeks after the first opening. Joints are compatible with PET, PP and PEHD jars.

La guarnizione a induzione è ermetica e sopporta una pressione considerevole quindi può essere utilizzata per evitare perdite di prodotto durante i trasporti o nello stoccaggio, in aggiunta alla garanzia anti manomissione per il consumatore finale. La tecnologia a induzione utilizza un macchinario specifico collocato al termine della linea di riempimento e attraverso un campo elettromagnetico controllato trasferisce energia allo strato di alluminio del disco. Creando calore il disco si attacca allo spessore superiore del collo del vaso chiudendolo ermeticamente. I dischi sono compatibili con vasi in PET, PP e PEHD.

The induction seal is hermetic and support a considerable pressure, so it can be used to avoid loss of product during transport and stocking, in addition to tamper-proof warranty for the costumer. The induction technology uses a specific machinery placed at the end of the filling line and through a controlled electromagnetic field transfers energy to the aluminium layer of the joint. By creating heat the joint attaches to the upper thickness of the jar’s neck and closes it hermetically. Joints are compatible with jars in PET, PP and PEHD.

Disco in polietilene espanso fornito separatamente o già inserito all’interno del tappo. Entrambe le facce sono di colore bianco e il materiale è Food Grade compatibile con qualsiasi prodotto (attenzione solo alle formule con oli essenziali che possono deformare la guarnizione). Il disco EPE ha il vantaggio per il consumatore finale di non dover essere rimosso ogni volta perché è parte integrante del tappo: è una pratica alternativa al sottotappo.

Polespant liner provided separately or already placed in the lid. Both surfaces are white and the material is Food Grade compatible with any product (beware only of the essential-oil compositions that can distort the seal). EPE joint has the advantage for the costumer that hasn’t to be removed every time because is an integral part of the lid: it is a practical alternative to the shive.
