Parità di genere, quinto obiettivo dell'Agenda 2030. L'Unione Europea ha elaborato la propria strategia per assicurare entro il 2025 il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo in tutti i settori. Le tre azioni chiave della strategia europea si possono riassumere nella lotta alla violenza sulle donne, nella possibilità per le donne di raggiungere posizioni apicali nel mondo lavorativo e nella politica, e nell'adozione della prospettiva di genere in tutti i provvedimenti normativi.
La questione della parità di genere a rontata contando i numeri sempre crescenti delle donne nel mondo del lavoro, nei ruoli di spicco non deve essere riguardata quasi fosse un problema solo delle donne, bensì un diritto liberale ed individuale da conseguire per lo sviluppo della società.
Gender equality is the fifth goal of the 2030 Agenda. The European Union has developed its own strategy to ensure the achievement of the goal in all sectors by 2025. The three key actions of the European strategy can be summarized in the fight ending violence against women, the opportunity for women to reach top positions in labor and in politics, and in the adoption of the gender perspective in all regulatory measures.
The issue of gender equality faced by counting the ever increasing numbers of women in the world of labor, in leading roles, must not be addressed as if it were a problem only for women, but rather a liberal and individual right to be achieved for the development of society.
