A Contracting Authority (CA) record a tender and admission criteria / requirements on a e-proc platform. The platform send the tender data to SIMOG.

The CA receives the unique identifier of the tender procedure (CIG) from SIMOG.
SIMOG operates as national eSender and it sends the tender information to TED in compliance with the TED XML schema (out of scope for this project proposal).

SIMOG makes available to the CAs the tender data in the TED XML format for publication in the Italian Official Gazette and on the CAs websites (not subject of this project proposal).

SIMOG queries the e-Certis database to gather information about the corresponding tender requirements (admission criteria) for all Member States.
SIMOG sends to CA the information about the corresponding tender requirements for all Member States.
