Email abstracts to Matt Churchfield at NREL (matt.churchfield@nrel.gov) with the subject line "2nd SOWE Abstract Submittal".

We plan to notify authors concerning abstract selection by 14 February 2014.  Those whose abstracts are selected will then give a 20 minute presentation during the conference.

Papers:

Those authors whose abstracts are selected will have the option to write a short paper.  The length of these papers will be approximately 8-10 pages.  We highly encourage authors whose abstracts are selected to write a full paper because it allows for better dissemenation of the wealth of knowledge exchanged during this conference.
