About ISSSES

The International Symposium on Sino Swiss Evidence Science (ISSSES) focuses on scientific evidence and judicial proof and promotes the interchange of ideas between Chinese and Swiss lawyers, scientists, academics and their foreign counterparts. ISSSES provides a platform where prestigious scholars from China as well as other overseas countries share their experience and expertise in the field of evidence law. Their perspectives on the advancement of the administration of justice in an interdisciplinary perspective will inspire scholars, researchers and aspiring students from both forensic science and evidence law.

Symposium topics

The general Symposium Theme is Pursuit of Truth from Different Perspectives and covers the following three areas:

The perspective of social science (Subject 1), The perspective of natural science (Subject 2) and The juridical perspective (Subject 3).

The detailed symposium program will be communicated after review of all the submissions.
