OGGETTO: Innovation Camp “Skills for Future”: Entrepreneurship Mentoring (education

project EIT X-KIC)

Gentilissima Prof.ssa De Bernardi,

Nell’ambito del progetto Europeo, Skills for Future, supportato dall’European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT), implementato da EIT Food, ed indirizzato allo sviluppo di “entrepreneurial competencies” in studenti delle scuole superiori, EIT Food la invita a partecipare in qualità di mentor all’Innovation Camp focalizzato su Economia Circolare e Agritech 4.0.

L’evento si terrà il 29 e 30 di Ottobre 2019 presso la sede del germoplasma delle piante in Sicilia a Marianelli, Noto (SR), in Sicilia. E’prevista la partecipazione circa 100 studenti tra i 16 e i 19 anni provenienti dalle 4 scuole indicate di seguito:

1. Istituto Professionale con indirizzo Alberghiero di Bacheria (PA); 2. Istituto M. Bartolo (classi Tecnico e Scientifico) di Pachino (SR): 3. Istituto Professionale per l’Agricoltura Calleri di Pachino (SR); 4. Istituto Professionale Alberghiero di Modica (RG).

I 100 studenti saranno seguiti da circa 5-10 insegnanti e da mentors esperti di entrepreneurship in ambito AgriFood. L’evento è finalizzato alla soluzione di sfide del settore alimentare sotto l’ombrello dell’“Economia Circolare”, lo spreco alimentare e l’uso delle tecnologie digitali l’innovazione nel settore agricolo.
