Preface
On behalf of the organizing committee of the INFRAEKO 2018 conference, I would like to express a warm ‘Thank You” to all the participants, and especially for the important contribution they each brought to the Conference!
The aim of the INFRAEKO 2018 Conference was to present scientific and technological achievements in the development of urban infrastructure and water management. The most interesting solutions and technologies that have been implemented in Poland and abroad were presented during this conference. It was also a great opportunity for everyone to exchange experience and to discuss significant issues in both modern civil and water engineering.
The INFRAEKO conference series provides an excellent opportunity for everyone involved to learn about and discuss modern cities and everything related to it. A very special thank you to the authors and members of the Scientific Committee. I deeply appreciate the work of the reviewers, who accepted the task of reviewing free of charge, and devoted their time to providing a professional evaluation of the papers including valuable remarks.
Furthermore, many thanks to the Organizing Committee! Without your work it would have been impossible to organize such an event.
