This paper describes the physical, op$cal, and crystallographic proper$es of a sulfosalt discovered in a baryte, pyrite and iron oxides ore deposit of the Apuan Alps (Italy). These characteris$cs make this phase a new mineral, called Arsiccioite from the type locality, Monte Arsiccio mine.
