Nomisma S.p.A. ha ricevuto l’incarico come Advisor esclusivo per la vendita del complesso turistico integrato San Donato Golf Resort & SPA. Per questo mandato si avvarrà della collaborazione di Hotel Seeker S.r.l.
Ubicato a Santi di Preturo, nella provincia di L’Aquila (IT), il complesso si inserisce nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso, distante solo 80 minuti da Roma.
Il Resort consta di un hotel 4 stelle di 82 camere, un campo da golf affiliato alla Federazione Italiana Golf, una Club House e una locanda ristorante.
Completa la proprietà un borgo di nuova realizzazione di 105 unità immobiliari previste, di cui 27 già realizzate.
MANDATO
Nomisma S.p.A. has been appointed as Exclusive Advisor for the sale of “San Donato Golf Resort & SPA" integrated tourism complex. For this assignment it will avail itself of the collaboration of Hotel Seeker S.r.l.
The Resort is located in Santi di Preturo, in the Province of L’Aquila (IT), in the heart of the so-called “Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso”, only 80 minutes away from Rome.
It consists of a 82-room 4-star hotel, a golf court affiliated to the Italian Golf Federation, a Club House and a Restaurant Inn.
The property is completed by a newly built residential village with 105 planned units, 27 of them already completed.

The Resort is located in a small hamlet (Santi di Preturo) of the municipality of L’Aquila, in the Abruzzo region, which is situated in the center part of Italy. It stands on the borders with Umbria and Lazio and close to the Gran Sasso mountains system. It is very easily accessible by car, both from north and south, being only 15 km far from the A24 exit, the highway that connects Rome to Teramo, passing through L’Aquila. The closest Airport is the

LOCATION
Among the Italian regions, Abruzzo is the one with the largest number of parks and protected areas:

"La Fonte" wellness center covers an area of approximately 1.000 sqm and offers a wet area with Turkish bath, sauna, Mediterranean bath, chromotherapy and whirlpool, as well as large relaxation areas. The treatment area has six single cabins and a Private SPA which contains a hydromassage, sauna and a couple's massage room. "Il Ciliegio" banquet hall offers 300 seats, "La Forcella" restaurant has capacity for over 100 seats.
The Conference Center offers on the ground floor, illuminated with natural light, the Master Conference Room for 350 people and the Executive Conference Room for 90 people; upstairs the Junior Conference Room, which can accommodate 50 people, is dedicated to smaller meetings.
