how to make a perfect sandwich
Before stuffing, bread should be warmed up, but not much; then it should be buttered on both sides.
“Mascarpone” or “ricotta” cheese may substitute butter. Tender bread is suitable for firm stuffing, on the contrary, compact bread is perfect for soft stuffing. Salami and cheese must be cut into very thin slices, which will be placed on the bread by successive waves: thus stuffing is not too compact.
Ingredients must be 4 or 5, but no more, because too many different tastes will create a big muddle of tastes.
