EXPERTS NEEDED

External evaluators of project proposals are drawn from the European Commission’s independent expert database. The Commission is looking to expand the database through a call for experts covering a broad range of fields.

One specific objective of the call is to increase, through blending (equity, loans and/

or guarantees), the participation of private sector investment in the financing of TEN-T projects, as a complement to the traditional grant funding.
