Considerations about the use of clip-in extensions

Today more and more women wear hair extensions as they offer instant length. Many of them prefer clip-in extensions because they feel that they can wear them without a professional and safe money. Besides, they consider clip-ins safer than normal extensions. Clip-ins are not difficult to use but it’s necessary to take into consideration a few things. You can’t be sure they will remain well attached to the scalp and you have to be careful with them. Even when clips are securely in place on your head, they can create problems as they can be too heavy and can give much tension on your scalp, damaging your hair.
Especially if clip-ins are worn on the scalp for several hours a day, they can cause serious damages to your real hair that can get thinner. If you already have thinning hair you should avoid to support the clip- ins. Referring to their price, clip-ins are cheap but you’ll have to replace them on a regular base if you want to be well combed. It’s also good to bear in mind that all types of extensions can cause hair breakage and damage the condition both of hair and scalp.
