Riassunto Analitico

Lo scopo di questa tesi è la progettazione di un ponte sul fiume Arno, facente parte del nuovo progetto di viabilità per il collegamento tra la Strada Provinciale 66 “Nuova Francesca” e la S.G.C. FI-PI-LI, tra i comuni di San Miniato e Santa Croce sull'Arno. Partendo da un'analisi delle possibili tipologie strutturali impiegabili, è stata approfondita nel dettaglio la soluzione ad arco a via inferiore, sistema arco-trave, che permette l'eliminazione della spinta orizzontale dell'arco. Il ponte presenta una luce di 144 m ed è stato progettato interamente in acciaio con impalcato a piastra ortotropa e arco a sezione scatolare.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is about a bridge’s project on the Arno river. the construction of this bridge belong to a project road condition to link together the S.P. 66 “Nuova Francesca” and the Fi-Pi-Li, among San Miniato and Santa Croce sull’Arno municipality.Based on the analysis of the variety of structure working, it has been studied the solution of arch steel bridge, that allow to avoid the horizontal thrust. The bridge has a arch span of 144 mt and it is completely in steel with an orthotropic deck.
