Desidero innanzitutto ringraziare il Prof. Cremisi per avermi cos`ı calorosamente accolto nel suo laboratorio, offrendomi la straordinaria opportunit`a di lavorare in- sieme ai ricercatori della Scuola Normale Superiore in un ambiente sempre ricco di stimoli e di nuove sfide.

Ho inoltre un profondo debito di gratitudine nei confronti di Luca Pandolfini. Ri- cercatore eclettico e pieno di risorse, nel corso dell’ultimo anno ho avuto il pri- vilegio di conoscerlo e d’apprezzarne la dedizione e la professionalit`a.
