For a correct white balance it is necessary to use an average reference color which generally corresponds to 18% GRAY.
But it is not always possible to have a surface of this color at hand that can be framed to correctly carry out the white balance maneuver of the camera.
Some photographers carry a gray card in their bag to use as needed, but my Posing Book gives you the opportunity to transform the screen of your smartphone or tablet into a perfect surface for this need.
Infatti puoi scegliere una delle 4 opzioni tra : - White
- Grey 18%
- Grey 50%
- Cinematic
and the screen of your Device will become the selected color allowing you to use it as a surface to be framed with your camera for the white balance operation.
Finally, since the screen of your Device is backlit, I could perform this maneuver even in the dark.

This section is only visual, it has no dynamic functions but it only serves to have a chromatic reference according to the "Theory of Colors" by Johannes Itten, which argues that, in order to have chromatic harmony, it is necessary to match the diametrically opposite colors to the circle depicted while, on the other hand, it is advisable to avoid combining colors that are close to each other.
This section is very useful for taking ideas during the realization of a shooting.
