5) that the copy of the thesis deposited in the open access institutional Archive ETD in electronic form is identical to those delivered or sent in hard copy to the Members of the Evaluation Committee and to any other copy deposited in the University offices in hard or electronic copy, and therefore the University of Pisa declines any responsibility with respect to possible errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the content of the thesis; to be aware of the fact that the copy deposited in the ETD is the only one to which the University will make reference to release, at my request, the declaration of conformity of any copy;
6) that the content and organization of the thesis is an original work made by myself and it does not affect in any way the rights of third parties, including those related to the security of personal data; therefore the University is in any case exempt from any kind of liability (civil, administrative or criminal) and will be held safe by me from any claim or demand from a third party;
