La supervisione pedagogica nel lavoro educativo

Abstract

La supervisione pedagogica è uno strumento metariflessivo che attiva processi di analisi delle pratiche educative dal punto di vista dell’intenzionalità e della progettualità. È una risorsa ir-rinunciabile nel lavoro educativo per le équipe, la tenuta dei servizi e la continua riprogettazione degli interventi. È uno strumento che stimola pensiero critico su identità, ruolo e professionalità dell’educatore, permettendogli di concettualizzare saperi acquisiti sul campo e di interconnettere teorie e strategie d’intervento.

Pedagogical supervision is a meta-reflective tool that activates analytical processes on educational practices by focusing on intentionality and planning. It is an indispensable supportive resource in educational work for teams, for the maintenance of services and the continuous re-planning of interventions. It is a tool that stimulates critical thinking on educator’s identity, role and pro-fessionalism, enabling him/her to conceptualize knowledge acquired on the field and to inter-connect theories and strategies of intervention.
