The hotel will charge on the credit card given any cancellation fee due in case of cancellation or no-show, and, at the end of the Congress, the total amount due for room-nights booked.

Durante il Congresso sarà allestita un'esposizione tecnico-scientifica.
Le richieste di prenotazione alberghiera saranno gestite con il criterio del “come, first-served”, pertanto si consiglia di provvedere con congruo anticipo, inviando la propria richiesta alla Segreteria Organizzativa Key Congressi entro il 3 Ottobre 2010.

Far riferimento alla lista degli alberghi per i rispettivi costi, ed indicare 3 preferenze. In caso nessuno degli alberghi selezionati fosse disponibile, la Segreteria Organizzativa provvederà ad effettuare la prenotazione presso una struttura alternativa.
Le richieste di prenotazione alberghiera saranno prese in considerazione solo se accompagnate dai dati di una carta di credito a garanzia, che saranno trasmessi all'albergo.
Il pagamento deve essere effettuato direttamente all'albergo al check-out. Nessun addebito verrà preventivamente effettuato, salvo in caso di cancellazione o mancato arrivo: in tale evenienza l'albergo addebiterà sulla carta di credito fornita a garanzia l'importo di eventuali penalità per cancellazione. La ricevuta verrà emessa dall'albergo al momento del pagamento.

L’albergo addebiterà sulla carta di credito fornita eventuali penalità per cancellazione o mancato arrivo e, al termine del Congresso, l'importo complessivo dei pernottamenti prenotati.
