UTILIZZO “BELLOW BOTTLE” PER INNESCO POMPA SU MACCHINE DA CAFFE’
NESPRESSO® E DOLCE GUSTO®
Questo documento descrive come utilizzare la BELLOW BOTTLE (codice ricambio ES0061431) per eseguire l’innesco della pompa sulle macchine da caffè Nespresso® e Dolce Gusto®, qualora la normale procedura di riempimento del circuito idraulico non dovesse avvenire con successo.

Utilizzo “BELLOW BOTTLE” su Macchine da Caffè Nespresso®
Per poter procedere all’innesco della pompa in una macchina da caffè Nespresso® utilizzando la BELLOW BOTTLE, procedere nel modo seguente:
Accendere la macchina da caffè ed attendere il completamento del riscaldamento (le spie sui pulsanti di erogazione delle bevande a base di caffè diventeranno accese fisse).
Rimuovere il serbatoio dal retro della macchina da caffè:
Svitare il tappo rosso dalla BELLOW BOTTLE, quindi riempirla con acqua fresca dal rubinetto:
Una volta riempita completamente, chiudere la BELLOW BOTTLE mediante il tappo rosso.

Inserire la BELLOW BOTTLE capovolta nel connettore serbatoio posto sul retro della macchina da caffè:
Premere il pulsante di erogazione ESPRESSO LUNGO sul pannello comandi della macchina da caffè:

Contemporaneamente, premere il soffietto della BELLOW BOTTLE per iniettare l’acqua nel circuito idraulico della macchina da caffè:
Assicurarsi che dall’erogatore caffè esca un flusso d’acqua regolare. In tal caso, inserire il serbatoio e provare l’erogazione delle bevande. Altrimenti ripetere la procedura di innesco descritta nei passaggi precedenti.

Utilizzo “BELLOW BOTTLE” su Macchine da Caffè Dolce Gusto®
Per poter procedere all’innesco della pompa in una macchina da caffè Dolce Gusto® utilizzando la BELLOW BOTTLE, procedere nel modo seguente:
Accendere la macchina da caffè ruotando il selettore di volume ed attendere il completamento del riscaldamento (il led sul selettore di volume passerà da rosso lampeggiante a verde fisso):
Rimuovere il supporto per capsule dalla macchina da caffè e spingere la levetta di blocco per aprilo. Posizionare l’imbuto per il risciacquo all’interno del supporto per capsule. Quindi, chiudere il supporto e reinserirlo nell’apposito alloggiamento della macchina da caffè:

Rimuovere il serbatoio dal retro della macchina da caffè:
Svitare il tappo rosso dalla BELLOW BOTTLE, quindi riempirla con acqua fresca dal rubinetto:
Una volta riempita completamente, chiudere la BELLOW BOTTLE mediante il tappo rosso.

Inserire la BELLOW BOTTLE capovolta nel connettore serbatoio posto sul retro della macchina da caffè:
Spostare l’indicatore di volume sul settimo livello (XL) utilizzando il selettore di volume.
Quindi, spostare la leva di selezione in posizione COLD:

Contemporaneamente, premere il soffietto della BELLOW BOTTLE per iniettare l’acqua nel circuito idraulico della macchina da caffè:
La macchina farà fuoriuscire dell’acqua dall’erogatore caffè. Quando il flusso d’acqua si sarà arrestato, l’indicatore LED lampeggerà in rosso per pochi secondi, quindi diventerà nuovamente verde fisso. La leva si riporterà nuovamente in posizione centrale STOP:

Riempire nuovamente la BELLOW BOTTLE con acqua fresca del rubinetto, quindi reinserirla nel connettore serbatoio posto sul retro della macchina da caffè e ripetere l’operazione di iniezione, spostando questa volta la leva di selezione in posizione HOT:
Assicurarsi che in entrambi i casi (COLD e HOT) dall’erogatore caffè esca un flusso d’acqua regolare. In tal caso, inserire il serbatoio e provare l’erogazione delle bevande.
Altrimenti ripetere la procedura di innesco descritta nei passaggi precedenti.

HOW TO USE THE “BELLOW BOTTLE” TO PERFORM THE PUMP PRIMING ON NESPRESSO® AND DOLCE GUSTO® COFFEE MACHINES
This document describes how to use the BELLOW BOTTLE (spare part no. ES0061431) to perform the pump priming on the Nespresso® and Dolce Gusto® coffee machines, in case the normal procedure for initial water circuit refilling would not be performed successfully.

How to Use the “BELLOW BOTTLE” on Nespresso® Coffee Machines
To proceed with the pump priming in a Nespresso® coffee machine by using the BELLOW BOTTLE, proceed as follows:
Switch the coffee machine ON and wait for the completion of the heating-up process (the lights on the coffee beverages buttons will become steady ON).
Remove the water tank from the back of the coffee machine:
Unscrew the red cap from the BELLOW BOTTLE, then refill it with fresh tap water:
Once completely refilled, close the BELLOW BOTTLE by means of the red cap.

Turn the BELLOW BOTTLE upside-down and insert it in the water tank connector located on the back of the coffee machine:
Press the LONG ESPRESSO button on the control panel of the coffee machine:

Simultaneously, push on the BELLOW BOTTLE to inject water into the hydraulic circuit of the coffee machine:
Make sure a regular water flow will be delivered from the coffee spout. In this case, insert the water tank and try to prepare coffee beverages. Otherwise, repeat the priming procedure as described in the above steps.

How to Use the “BELLOW BOTTLE” on Dolce Gusto® Coffee Machines
To proceed with the pump priming in in a Dolce Gusto® coffee machine by using the BELLOW BOTTLE, proceed as follows:
Switch the coffee machine ON by rotating the quantity selector and wait for the completion of the heating-up process (the LED on the quantity selector will change from flashing red into steady green):
Remove the capsule holder from the coffee machine and push the locking lever to open it. Place the rinsing funnel into the capsule holder. Then, close the holder and re-insert it into its housing in the coffee machine:

Remove the water tank from the back of the coffee machine:
Unscrew the red cap from the BELLOW BOTTLE, then refill it with fresh tap water:
Once completely refilled, close the BELLOW BOTTLE by means of the red cap.

Turn the BELLOW BOTTLE upside-down and insert it in the water tank connector located on the back of the coffee machine:
Slide the quantity indicator to the seventh level (XL) by using the quantity selector. Then, slide the selection lever to the COLD position:

Simultaneously, push on the BELLOW BOTTLE to inject water into the hydraulic circuit of the coffee machine:
The machine will deliver water from the coffee spout. When the water flow will stop, the LED indicator will flash red for a few seconds; then, it will become again steady green.
The selection lever will move back again to the central STOP position:

Refill again the BELLOW BOTTLE with fresh tap water, re-insert it to the water tank connector located on the back of the coffee machine and repeat the injection operation, this time by sliding the selection lever to the HOT position:
Make sure that in both the cases (COLD and HOT) a regular water flow will be delivered from the coffee spout. In this case, insert the water tank and try to prepare coffee beverages. Otherwise, repeat the priming procedure as described in the above steps.
