Abstract
“Il CMMS Coremaint in ICT: scomposizione funzionale dell’impianto e analisi del magazzino parti ricambio presso lo stabilimento di Pian di Coreglia”
La finalità di questa tesi è l’implementazione del Computer Managed Maintenance System Coremaint® in Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A., azienda leader nel settore della produzione e commercializzazione di carta “tissue” (asciugatutto, carta igienica, fazzoletti, tovaglioli) nei principali mercati europei.
In particolare il lavoro si è concentrato e sviluppato presso il reparto di manutenzione dello stabilimento di Pian di Coreglia caratterizzandosi come il proseguo di attività già iniziate da precedenti studenti dell’Università di Pisa.
In una prima fase vi è stato l’inserimento in azienda e la familiarizzazione del processo produttivo e manutentivo con la conseguente realizzazione della scomposizione funzionale della linea PM4. Poi, in un successivo momento, è stata analizzata la situazione attuale relativa alla gestione del magazzino parti ricambio attraverso le informazioni ricevute dai responsabili e l’utilizzo di idonei strumenti per individuare i punti di forza e di debolezza.
In un’ultima fase è stato effettuato il confronto tra il magazzino di Pian di Coreglia e quello di Pian della Rocca sulla base di precisi aspetti. Infine sono seguite le proposte volte a migliorare l’attuale gestione manutentiva e l’implementazione del software in azienda.

The finality of this thesis is the implementation of the Computer Managed Maintenance System
Coremaint® in Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A., firm leader in the sector of the production and
marketing of paper "tissue" (toilet paper, handkerchiefs, napkins) in the principal European markets. Particularly the work is assembled and developed near the department of maintenance of the establishment of Pian di Coreglia characterizing itself as the continue of activity already begun by precedents students of the Pisa’s University.
In a first phase it had place the insertion in firm and the familiarization of the productive and maintenance processes with the consequent realization of the functional decomposition of the line PM4. Then, in a following moment, the actual situation has been analyzed related to the management of the store parts exchange through the information received by the persons responsible and the use of fit tools to individualize the points of strength and weakness.
In a last phase the comparison has been effected between the store of Pian di Coreglia and that of Pian della Rocca on the base of precise aspects.
The proposals are finally followed directed to improve the actual maintenance management and the implementation of the software in firm.
