“Il CMMS Coremaint in ICT: scomposizione funzionale dell’impianto e analisi del magazzino parti ricambio presso lo stabilimento di Pian della Rocca”
L’obiettivo di questa tesi è l’implementazione del software CMMS chiamato Coremaint, continuando le attività già iniziate dai precedenti tesisti. Il lavoro è stato svolto presso il gruppo Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A, presso gli stabilimenti di Pian di Coreglia e Pian della Rocca, azienda leader in Italia e in Europa nella produzione di carta tissue.
Inizialmente lo studio ha riguardato l’analisi dei processi produttivi e l’organizzazione della manutenzione; attraverso tale fase si è potuto comprendere bene il processo di produzione della carta. Successivamente è stato studiato il software Coremaint e, partendo dallo stato attuale di implementazione del software, è stata effettuata la scomposizione funzionale della macchina “PM4” che è una delle linee produttive.
Nell’ultima parte, l’obiettivo è stato quello di analizzare la situazione attuale relativa alla gestione del magazzino parti ricambio, attraverso le informazioni ricevute dai responsabili, l’utilizzo di idonei strumenti per individuarne i punti di forza e di debolezza.
Il lavoro si è concluso con un confronto tra i magazzini dei due stabilimenti e con alcune proposte di soluzioni, idonee a creare un efficiente sistema di gestione del magazzino ricambi, evidenziando le modalità di interfaccia degli operatori con il software e i campi necessari da compilare.
“The CMMS Coremaint in ICT: functional decomposition and analysis of the spare-parts store near Pian della Rocca plant”
The aim of this thesis is the implementation of the CMMS software known as CoreMaint, caring on the research that the previous senior year students had already performed. The research was brought on in Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A, Pian di Coreglia and Pian della Rocca plants, leader in Europe and Italy for the manufacturing of tissue paper.
At first, the research was focused on the analysis of the production processes and the maintenance organization; through this analysis it has been possible to fully understand the paper production process.
Later, the CoreMaint software has been taken into account and, departing from the actual state of implementation, has been carried on the analysis of the “PM4” machine, which is one of the producing lines.
In the last part, with the Factory cooperation, the objective has been the analysis of the actual situation of the spare-parts store’s management, through the use of fit tools, to individualize its points of strength and weakness.
The work has finished with a comparison between the stores of the two plants, and with some proposals of solutions, fit to create an efficient management system, underlining the way of interface between the operators and the software and the necessary fields to compile.
