Solaflux, Starflux e Tetraflux sono pompe solari sommerse in acciaio inossidabile, con motori a corrente continua, con potenze comprese tra 100 e 500 W e prevalenza totale fino a 175 mt. Funzionano mediante un sistema brevettato di pistoni contrapposti azionati da camme e rullini in bagno d’olio mossi da un motore cc a magneti permanenti dotato di spazzole speciali di lunga durata, raffreddato ad aria, sigillato e completamente isolato dall’acqua.

La Solaflux, la Starflux e la Tetraflux possono girare a secco anche per mesi senza alcun problema, sono totalmente insensibili alla sabbia e le loro prestazioni rimangono inalterate nel tempo. Sono inoltre facilmente smontabili e riparabili, sia nella parte meccanica che in quella elettronica.

Solaflux, Starflux and Tetraflux are submerged stainless steel solar pumps, with DC motors with power ratings ranging from 100 to 500 W and total head up to 175 m. They are based on a patented system of opposed pistons activated by cams and rollers in an oil bath driven by a DC motor with permanent magnets equipped with special long-lasting brushes, air- cooled, sealed and completely insulated from the water. The Solaflux, Starflux and Tetraflux can run dry for months without any problem, they are totally insensitive to sand and their performance will remain unchanged over time. They are also easily disassembled and repaired, both in the mechanical and in the electronic part.

Solaflux, Starflux et Tetraflux sont des pompes solaires immergées en acier inoxydable, avec moteurs à courant continu avec des puissances allant de 100 à 500 W et hauteur manométrique totale jusqu’à 175 m. Elles fonctionnent au moyen d’un système breveté de pistons opposés actionnés par des cames et des roulements en bain d’huile entraînés par un moteur à courant continu à aimants permanents équipé de brosses spéciales de longue durée, refroidi à air, étanche et complètement isolé de l’eau. Les Solaflux, Starflux et Tetraflux peuvent fonctionner à sec pendant des mois sans aucun problème, elles sont totalement insensibles au sable et leurs performances resteront inchangées au fil du temps. Elles sont également facilement démontables et réparables, à la fois pour ce qui est de la partie mécanique et de la partie électronique.

Solaflux, Starflux y Tetraflux son bombas sumergibles a corriente continua en acero inoxidable, con potencias entre los 100 y 500 W, aptas para cargas hidrostáticas de hasta 175 m. Funcionan gracias a un sistema patentado de pistones contrapuestos accionados con levas y rodillos en baño de aceite, movidos por un motor de corriente continua con imanes permanentes, dotados de cepillos especiales de larga duración, enfriado con aire, sellado y completamente aislado del agua. Solaflux, Starflux y Tetraflux pueden girar en seco incluso durante meses sin problemas, no se alteran con la arena y su rendimiento es constante en el tiempo. Además, tanto la parte mecánica como la electrónica se desmontan y reparan con facilidad.

Solaflux, Starflux und Tetraflux sind solarbetriebene Unterwasserpumpen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl, mit einer von Gleichstrommotoren generierten Leistung zwischen 100 und 500 W sowie einer Förderhöhe von bis zu 175 m. Die Pumpen funktionieren mittels eines patentgeschützten Gegenkolbensystems.

Dabei werden die Pumpennocken und -walzen im Ölbad von einem permamentmagneterregten Gleichstrommotor angetriebenen. Der Motor verfügt über spezielle, besonders langlebige Bürsten, ist luftgekühlt, versiegelt sowie vollkommen vom Wasser getrennt. Die Pumpen Solaflux, Starflux und Tetraflux können auch monatelang problemlos trocken laufen, sie sind völlig unempfindlich gegenüber Sand und für lange Zeit absolut leistungsbeständig.

Die Pumpen sind zudem sowohl in ihren mechanischen als auch den elektronischen Teilen leicht auseinander zu nehmen und zu reparieren.

APPLICATIONS. Raising clean water from deep wells in systems powered by solar energy.

FEATURES. The new system is composed of three elements:

• photovoltaic panels

• controller

• electric pump

The controller powers the electric pump in sunshine, without sun the system doesn’t work. Accumulators for electric power are not necessary because with this system the water is pumped and stocked during the day for an eventual use during the night. For a correct use, the controller must be supplied with voltage of 320 Vcc or 560 Vcc. The controller, right installed and calibrated, can stop the pump when the delivery outlet is closed, it is equipped with a dry running alarm and it stops the pump in case of excessive power consumption.

Working voltage of the pump: three-phase 230 V, three-phase 400 V: in this way the absorptions are really limited.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

• The controller must be installed in a protected and airy area.

• Controller working temperature: min 5°C – max 50°C.

• Pumped liquid: clean water, non aggressive, without solid particles.

• The pump can not operate in dry conditions.

Pump body always completely submerged.

• Temperature of pumped liquid: min 5°C – max 30°C.

• Vertical operating position.

• Max number of starts per hour: 20.

APPLICAZIONI. Per il sollevamento dell’acqua da pozzi profondi in impianti alimentati da energia solare.

CARATTERISTICHE. L’innovativo impianto si compone di tre elementi:

• i pannelli fotovoltaici

• controller

• l’elettropompa

Il controller lavora in presenza della tensione fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici, in assenza della quale l’impianto non funziona. Non necessita di batterie d’accumulo per l’energia elettrica in quanto, con questo sistema, l’acqua viene pompata e stoccata durante il giorno, per l’eventuale utilizzo durante la notte. Il controller viene fornito con un trasduttore di pressione: per un corretto funzionamento deve essere alimentato a 130 Vcc (max 15 A). Il controller opportunamente installato e tarato, può spegnere l’elettropompa in caso di mandata chiusa, è dotato di marcia a secco e blocca il motore in caso di assorbimento eccessivo. L’elettropompa funziona con una tensione di lavoro trifase 230 V; ciò fa sì che gli assorbimenti siano particolarmente contenuti.

L’elettropompa è fornita con 30 m di cavo elettrico H07RN-F.

CONDIZIONI DI LAVORO

*The table depicts the typical performance of the pump in tropical environment condi- tions with an insolation of 5,5kWh/m2/per day, and with optimal solar panel dimensions (as in: Vp = 130V and lp = 14A for the OVERFLUX 1, Vp = 490V and lp = 7A for the OVER- FLUX 2, Vp = 540V and lp = 14A for the OVERFLUX 3).

Increased or decreased solar panel performances are acceptable and will result in incre- ased or decreased hourly and daily performances in relation to the above table.

In case of temperate/moderate climates, the daily summer and winter capabilities may deviate from the original values by ±16%.

The reference powers indicated in the above table (Wr) are the typical powers given by the entry of the “controller”.

The nominal photovoltaic conventional powers (Wp) corresponding to the optimal di- mensions are approximately 1,4 times superior to the typical powers at the entry of the

“controller” (example: Wr = 2,6kW; Wp = 3,7kW), whilst the number of solar panels will depend on the type and size of the panels.

The real voltage at starting temperatures and at open circuit of the solar panels will

never have to exceed: OVERFLUX 1 = 180V, OVERFLUX 2 = 650V, OVERFLUX 3 = 850V !
