II. Abstract

Al giorno d’oggi uno dei problemi che un’azienda deve risolvere è la messa in atto di sistemi di gestione differenti e in particolare quelli per la Qualità, per l'Ambiente e per la Sicurezza. E’ stato valutato opportuno e interessante studiare la possibilità d’integrazione di tali sistemi, considerando che tale esigenza viene suggerita dai seguenti vantaggi: maggiore efficienza complessiva, maggiore efficacia nel perseguire obbiettivi aziendali per tutti i sistemi, razionalizzazione del Sistema documentale.

Lo Stabilimento Produzione Lubrificanti di Livorno, già certificato ISO 9001:2000 e ISO 14001:1996, ha istituito uno stage allo scopo di pianificare concretamente tale integrazione. La prima parte del lavoro ha riguardato l’organizzazione dell’integrazione documentale dei tre sistemi; la seconda è stata dedicata alla mappatura di uno dei processi dello Stabilimento rivisitandolo in ottica integrata. Risultato dell’esperienza è stata la descrizione di uno dei possibili modi di realizzare il processo d’integrazione, applicabile, in linea di principio, ad una qualsiasi azienda.

Summary:

One of the main problems companies have to solve today is the implementation of different management systems, in particular those dedicated to quality, the environment and safety. Studying how to integrate these systems was considered appropriate and interesting, as this necessity brings the following benefits: significative improvement in the overall efficiency, in the effectiveness in pursuing the company goals for all the systems, and in the rationalisation of the documental management system.

The Livorno-based Lubricant Production Factory [Stabilimento Produzione Lubrificanti], ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 certified, set up an on-the-job training course aimed at drawing up a concrete plan of this integration. The first part of the work dealt with organising the documental integration of the three systems; the second focussed on mapping one of the factory’s processes, revisited in an integrated perspective. The outcome of the experience was a description of one of the possible ways of implementing the integration process, which can – in principle – be applied to any company.
