Anni Tetsmann is motivated and motivating, as a person and as a volunteer. She is totally autonomous and has a manager spirit.
Thanks to her experience, she can manage a lot of situations, and knows how to live in international community.
She can be funny but also she can be serious in the right moments. Honestly, she is a trusty woman.
If you need to make any kind of projects, you can let her handle it. She will give maximum from herself, all the time.
Finally, she is a really good human person, with who you can speak and ask for anything, she will be open to you.

I had the pleasure to meet Anni as a volunteer during my European Volunteering Service in Sicily. I spend 6 wonderful months with her. It's very nice to work and live with Anni. I learned a lot thanks to her from her travel experience and many other things.
Anni has something comforting, you feel safe at her side.
Without being omnipresent, we know that we can count on her, she has always been listening and available to those who needed it.
Looking back, I considered her as a big sister.

Hello there, Being a volunteer is one of the best things to do. Anni taught us how to become a professional volunteer. She was equally involved in every activity, without making differences, she did not go out of schedule and she was the organizer of our home. In his organization, the balance was always maintained by her. Her visual conception was high-level. She did everything as it should be done. If you live in the same house with Anni, then you are very lucky. If you to be clean and ordered, of course .

I want to talk about one of the most special volunteers I have ever met in my EVS, her name is Anni from Estonia. Anni is a special person, with few words but no words are needed when her eyes speak for her, and you don't have to give her many explanations to understand. I can say that she is one of the most responsible and hardworking person I have met during my EVS.
Thanks to her I have known the Erasmus world more, she has shared with me and other colleagues her knowledge and she has helped us a lot, personally she has helped me and I will always be grateful. In short, she is an excellent volunteer. That said I would like to highlight her great personality and her intelligence both communicative and emotional and the great cultural ability he possesses. She is a person who gives a good example of the word UBUNTU (I am who I am because we are)

Anni is cheerful, funny, generous, hard-working, peaceful ... These are some of the adjectives that characterize her. After 7 months living together in Mussomeli and sharing adventures and room, I am sure that she is a constant fighter and doesn’t give up until she gets what she wants.
With her, a calm life, a peaceful life is lived, without stress and always she offers more solidarity and generosity to give advice to her friends or people who need it.
My advice is fighting, chasing after, working, fun but she doesn't forget that giving others smiles and I am sure that she gets everything she wants.
