Being a long term volunteer is not an easy thing to do. You go away from home for a longer period and you change your lifestyle in many ways. Often you work with people with whom it is difficult to communicate, because you don't speak the same language. You need to adapt to a totally different climate, and you need to do things that you haven't done before. And Anni did it all with a smile on her face. I think that she experienced a little bit of everything. When she works she works, when she cleans she cleans, and when she has fun, she has fun. She has total experiences, and she doesn't let things unfinished. She is clean, well organized, smart, funny, and many times workaholic. She has big knowledge in intercultural experiences, so you can learn many things from her. And as a bonus, she knows many things about European opportunities for young people. It was a pleasure living with her for several months.
