The intent of this Agreement is to protect the interests of both SPIE and authors/employers and to specify reasonable rights for both parties related to publication and reuse of the material.

The undersigned hereby assigns to Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) copyright ownership in the above Paper, effective if and when the Paper is accepted for publication by SPIE and to the extent transferable under applicable national law.
