All healthcare professions are committed to quality and safety, but not all have organised to unify their constituencies in systematic ways to identify and address quality and safety gaps. The Italian National Federation of Radiographers and Technical, Rehabilitation and Prevention Health Professions (220,000 members, representing over 19 professions) committed through a member driven network to transform and continuously improve safety and quality for the Italian population.
The Federation’s aim and pledge are to create and sustain a structured quality and safety network for safe care for all Italian National Healthcare System through engaging all healthcare professionals affiliated and disseminating the latest evidence-based quality and safety science principles translating into practice
in daily work.
