SICUREZZA
I sistemi di lubrificazione centralizzata ILC sono stati costruiti a regola d’arte. Possono essere assemblati con sicurezza e sono progettati esclusivamente per la lubrificazione di vari tipi di cuscinetti.
Un uso incorretto potrebbe causare un apporto eccessivo o insufficiente al cuscinetto. Cambiamenti all’attrezzatura precedentemente installata o modifiche non autorizzate non sono ammissibili. Ogni modifica dev’essere soggetta a consultazione con il produttore del sistema.
I componenti descritti in queste istruzioni devono essere assemblati e riparati esclusivamente da personale qualificato.
Osservate sempre le regole per la prevenzione di incidenti che sono effettive nel paese dove il sistema verrà usato.
I collegamenti elettrici devono essere curati da competenti elettricisti. Un’attrezzatura impropriamente collegata potrebbe causare seri danni alla proprietà o al personale.

SAFETY
ILC centralized lubrication systems have been built according to the state of art. They can be assembled safely and are exclusively designed for lubrication of a variety of bearings.
An incorrect use may result poor or over‐lubrication. Changes to an installed system or unauthorized modifications are not admissible. Any modify must be subject of prior consultation with the manufacturer of the system.
The components described in this instructions must be assembled and repaired by skilled personnel only.
Always observe rules for the prevention of accidents which are effective in the country where the system will be used.
Electrical connection must be cared only by qualified electricians. An improper connected equipment should causes serious property and personal damages.
Pump voltage must always match the machine and equipment on.

I sistemi di lubrificazione centralizzata ILC sono progettati come equipaggiamento aggiuntivo su qualsiasi tipo di macchina. Il sistema fornisce tutti i punti da lubrificare con una esatta quantità di grasso e i cicli (programmabili per mezzo di una scheda elettronica intergrata) avvengono mentre la macchina è in funzione, riducendo così il lavoro per l’operatore.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
ILC centralized lubrication systems are designed as additional equipment for any kind of machine. System supplies every lubrication point with an exact amount of grease and cycles (programmable by mean of an integrated electronic card) take place while machine is operating, reducing work for the machine operator.

RACCOMANDAZIONI GENERALI DI INSTALLAZIONE
GENERAL ASSEMBLING RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Controllare tutti I punti con un ingrassatore manuale prima di assemblare l’impianto di lubrificazione per spurgare da grasso vecchio o tappi. Non si deve rilevare contropressione mentre si pompa. Questo significa che non si deve aver bisogno di una gran forza per attivare la pompa manuale.
1. Check all points with a greasing gun before to assembly the lubrication system to purge from old grease or plugs. I have not to find backpressure while pumping. This means I have not to use a big strength to actuate the manual pump.
2. Tagliare con l’apposito tagliacavo I tubi alla lunghezza richiesta.
2. Use the hosecutter to cut the hoses at the requested length.
3. Oliare le due estremità del tubo (Y) e installare le ghiere (X) avvitandole in senso antiorario.
Applicare il raccordo recuperabile (Z) avvitandolo in senso orario
3. Grease the hose’s (Y) ends and install sleeves (X) screwing anticlockwisely.
Install the hose stud (Z) screwing clockwisely.
4. Rimuovere gli ingrassatori dai punti e sostituirli con i raccordi appropriati.
4. Remove grease nipples from the point and install the proper fittings.
5. Dopo aver posizionato I distributori progressivi secondari, collegare le uscite di questi ai tubi. Utilizzare una pompa manuale o pneumatica per riempire i tubi. Quando risultano pieni, collegare ai punti.
6. Dopo aver posizionato il distributore progressivo primario, collegare a questo i tubi delle uscite e spurgare utilizzando una pompa pneumatica. Quando i tubi risultano pieni collegarli ai distributori secondari.
7. Riempire la linea principale con una pompa manuale e collegarla al distributore progressivo principale quando il grasso esce senza aria.
Suggeriamo di testare l’intero impianto con una pompa pneumatica.
5. After placing the secondary progressive dividers, link their outlets to the hoses. Use a manual or pneumatic pump to fill the hoses. When full, connect them to the points.
6. After placing the primary progressive divider, link hoses to its outlets and purge using a pneumatic pump. When hoses are filled link them to the secondary dividers.
7. Fill the main line with a manual pump and when grease comes out free of air link it to the main progressive divider. We suggest to test all the system with a pneumatic pump.

1) DETERMINARE IL POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA POMPA
2) PRIMA DI MONTARLA PER MEZZO DEI DUE FORI DI FISSAGGIO CONTROLLARE CHE I FORI DEL MEZZO POSSANO ESSERE USATI. IN CASO CONTRARIO, I FORI DEVONO ESSERE CREATI. SEGUIRE SEMPRE LE ISTRUZIONI DEL PRODUTTORE DEL MEZZO.
3) NON SALDARE LE PARTI DELLA POMPA AL VEICOLO
RIEMPIRE LA POMPA CON UNA POMPA
MANUALE E SPURGARLA,
AZIONANDOLA FINO A QUANDO NON ESCE GRASSO PRIVO D’ARIA.
COLLEGARLA POI ALLA LINEA PRINCIPALE ED ESEGUIRE ALCUNI CICLI DI LUBRIFICAZIONE CON IL PULSANTE IN CABINA O ACCENDENDO E SPEGNENDO LA POMPA.
SE IL SERBATOIO È STATO SVUOTATO COMPLETAMENTE, LA POMPA POTREBBE RICHIEDERE FINO A 10 MINUTI PRIMA DI POTER OTTENERE UN FLUSSO DI GRASSO PRIVO DI ARIA.
• IS DRIVEN BY A DC MOTOR (12 V OR 24 V)
• IT IS SUPPLIED COMPLETE OF A PUMPING ELEMENT AND IT’S POSSIBLE TO INSTALL 2 MORE
• HAS A TRANSPARENT RESERVOIR OF 1, 2, 4 OR 8 KG
• THE LEVEL OF THE GREASE IS MONITORED BY A VISUAL CHECK OF THE RESERVOIR
• WORKING IS PROVIDED BY A “TIME‐
BASED” CONTROL UNIT
• CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH A LOW LEVEL SWITCH TO CHECK LUBRICANT LEVEL
THE LOCATION OF THE PUMP HAS TO BE CHOSEN SO THAT THE GREASE LEVEL IN THE RESERVOIR CAN BE CHECKED AND THAT THE FILLER CONNECTION IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE
1) DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF THE PUMP.
2) BEFORE FIXING BY MEAN OF THE TWO FIXING HOLES CHECK THAT THE EXISTING HOLES IN THE CHASSIS CAN BE USED.
OTHERWISE, HOLES WILL HAVE TO BE DRILLED. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE VEHICLE MANUFACTURER.
3) DO NOT WELD TO THE VEHICLE THE MOUNTING PART OF THE PUMP.
FILL THE PUMP WITH A MANUAL PUMP AND PURGE IT, ACTIVATING IT UNTIL GREASE WITH NO AIR COMES OUT. THEN CONNECT TO THE MAIN LINE AND MAKE SOME LUBRICATION CYCLES USING THE PUSH‐BUTTON IN CABIN OR TURNING ON AND OFF THE PUMP.
IF THE RESERVOIR HAS BEEN COMPLETELY EMPTIED, THE PUMP MAY REQUIRE UNTIL 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT OPERATES WITH ITS FULL OUTPUT.
TIMER ADJUSTEMENT
Remove transparent cover unscrewing 4 screws to access timer as shown in the following pictures.
When powered, timer runs a lamp test while displays [8.8.8.8]. Then is displayed installed software version [ex. 03.10] and, after shown model [ILC.M] and about 1 second of pause [‐‐‐‐], timer runs PAUSE‐WORK run mode (you can have either one of the two phases, depending on stop during the testing); other functions will be off (0).
Default settings: Pause 2 minutes, Work 30 seconds.
These are minimum setting for PAUSE‐WORK cycle.
To set Pause and Work, press for at least 3 seconds. In this way, you will run edit mode and will be displayed [E‐CM]. Press 1 time to position [E‐FU] to select functioning mode:
PL ‐> Pause‐Work [PL‐P e PL‐L]
IL ‐> Pulse‐Work [IL‐P e IL‐L]
PC ‐> Pause‐Rotations [PC‐P e PC‐L]

If, for example, has been chosen [F‐PL], press 1 time to position [E‐PM] and press . To set Pause time (minutes) use arrows and . Once Pause minutes are regulated, press to come back to the previous menu.
In the menu, by pressing will be displayed [E‐PH], setting of Pause time (hours). Press and set Pause time (hours) by using arrows and . Once Pause hours are regulated, press to come back to the previous menu.
To set Working time (seconds), press . Will be displayed [E‐LS]. Press and set Working time (seconds) by using arrows and . Once Working seconds are regulated, press to come back to the previous menu.
By pressing will be displayed Working time (minutes) [E‐LM]. Press and set Working time (minutes) by using arrows and . Once Working minutes are regulated, press to come back to the previous menu.
In this moment timer is setted following your own needs. Press for at least 3 seconds to go out edit mode and come back to run mode. Time is operating, and will be displayed PAUSE‐WORK cycle.
If timer doesn’t receive input for 2 minutes, the display will shut off to save energy. To light the display on again press

Basically, the only maintenance required is to refill reservoir in good time using a pump. However, check regularly that lubricant is actually reaching all lubrication points. Similarly, check the main and feed lines for eventual damages. If necessary, repair them.

TO AVOID PROGRESSIVE DIVIDER TO HAVE AN HYDRAULIC BLOCKAGE, DO NOT ASSEMBLE PLUG IN THE OUTLETS WITHOUT CONTACT US! PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES ALSO IN CASE OF LONGE STOP OF THE MACHINE.

UNSCREW THE PISTON CLOSURE PLUGS
IF POSSIBLE, TRY TO EJECT THE PISTON USING A SMOOTH DRIFT (DIA SMALLER THAN 6 MM)
THE PISTONS ARE PRECISION FITTED INTO THE HOLES. MARK THE PISTONS WITH REGARD TO THEIR INSTALLATION POSITION AND DIRECTION AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
CLEAN THE METERING DEVICES AGAIN AND BLOW THEM THROUGH.
REASSEMBLE THE METERING DEVICE.
REPLACE COPPER WASHERS.
BEFORE THE TUBE FITTINGS ARE REASSEMBLED, THE METERING DEVICES SHOULD BE PUMPED SEVERAL CYCLES BY MEAN OF A MANUAL PUMP. CHECK THAT THE PRESSURE IN THE METERING DEVICE DOES NOT EXCEED 25 BAR (362.8 PSI). IF THE PRESSURE IS HIGHER, REPLACE THE METERING DEVICE.
