Let all new Engineers understanding what an Enterpise is; illustrate basic concepts and processes ; tranfer the fondamental disacipline and instruments I.E. : the know how to make a Company effective and efficient in the business, how to administrate all resources to get success and profitable management; how to organize, control and measure all operations;
let all new young engineers aware on the Responsability routes for when they will start working for a Company
