How to Take Care of your Skin

You need to nourish and care of your skin; lack of relaxation, irregular skin care, chemical and synthetic products, alcohol, cigarettes, pollution, stress are great enemies.

Nutrition: to keep your skin healthy, follow a well-

balanced diet that includes plenty of protein foods, fresh fruit, vegetables and liquids. If you are having a skin problem, increase your intake of protein, carbohydrates, vitamin A, C, E and zinc.

Circulation: the skin is served by a large number of blood vessels, and adequate circulation is needed to maintain its health. You can ensure a healthy blood supply by considering the following suggestions:

– don’t smoke, smoking can cause skin to age faster – don’t drink too much alcohol, think of your well-being – don’t give into laziness, do sports or movement

Beauty Tips for Good Skin Care

– Avoid using soaps labelled antibacterial or

antimicrobial: they tend to reduce the skin’s acidity, which is a protection from infection.

– Avoid using items that may dry the skin, for example harsh soaps, alcohol based lotions.

– Avoid using talc powders, as they may support yeast growth.
