How to Protect your Skin in Summer
In order to save their skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays, women have to take extra skin care steps. Blackheads, pimples and acne increase in the summer season. This is due to the increase of oil on the skin. Skin is very delicate and needs to be cared in order to look and feel its best, especially in summer. When skin is dry and unprotected, irritants can reach the sensitive layers below and can cause uncomfortable effects. As ultra violet rays cause harmful effects to the skin, it’s necessary to hydrate it well by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily, applying a broad-spectrum to the face about 30 minutes before going outside, and reapply it frequently so that the skin stays moist and healthy through the months.
