Abstract
Ottimizzazione del processo di definizione e rilascio in automatico dei cicli di montaggio dei compressori centrifughi al Nuovo Pignone SpA”
L’attività di stage è stata svolta presso la società Nuovo Pignone (General Electric), in particolare relativamente all’attività dell’ingegneria di produzione, per la definizione della sequenza delle operazioni di montaggio dei compressori centrifughi (COCE).
Sono stati analizzati i limiti e le cause di questa attività e definiti i targets da raggiungere per migliorare il processo. In relazione ai targets è stata scelta la soluzione da adottare attraverso una sequenza di steps necessari per raggiungerli. Alla termine dell’esecuzione degli steps definiti, è stato realizzato un programma attraverso il quale è possibile definire in modo automatico la sequenza di montaggio dei compressori centrifughi.

The activities developed in the company Nuovo Pignone (General Electric), they concerned about manufacturing engineering processes, to define assembly sequence of centrifugal compressors (COCE).
The project included analysis about the limits and the causes of this activity and the definition about the targets to catch up.
Between all solutions it has been chosen the best to adopt and defined a sequence of steps necessary to catch up the objects. After the development of the steps, it has been realized a program in order to define an automatically assembly sequence of centrifugal compressors.
