Accordo (trattato) internazionale stipulato nel 2016 dai 6 Stati che compongono il GCC a seguito di Risoluzione del GCC Supreme Council del Dicembre 2015 (*).
Redatto in una unica lingua ufficiale, l’arabo.
Pubblicato sulla G.U. del Regno d’Arabia Saudita, No. 4667 del 21-04-2017 e ratificata con Decisione No. 257 del 30-01-2017 (promulgata con Decreto Reale M/51 del 31-01-2017).
L’IVA deve essere recepita all’interno di ciascuno Stato secondo quanto prevede la Costituzione del singolo Stato ed entra in forza alla data del deposito del secondo strumento di ratifica al
Secretariat del GCC (ai sensi dell’art. 78(1) GCC VAT UA, o «VAT UA»).
L’IVA è entrata in vigore negli UAE il 1° gennaio 2018.

La CJEU ha adottato una prospettiva opposta nella sentenza resa nella causa C-155/94 Wellcome Trust [1996] para. 34 and seq. trattando di charitable
trusts che gestiscano ingenti portafogli di asset

Le partnership possono avere personalità giuridica, quindi essere incluse nella nozione più ampia di ‘legal person’:
