Conto approssimato quantita’ di lavoro a LNL:

• 1 camera : 3 SuperLayers

• 1 SuperLayer ~ 9 giorni lavorativi ( tbv)

• 12 MB3/ ruota * 5 ruote = 60 camere da fare a LNL

• ~ 540 giorni lavorativi per 180 SL (se tutto va bene)

• almeno 3 anni per la pura costruzione delle camere

• a partire da fine 2001 attivita’anche al Cern:

test camere dopo trasporto installazione in CMS

Attivita’ nel prossimo futuro (lista parziale):

• preparazione sistema slow-control ambientale nel sito di produzione a LNL (temperature, gas, pressione atm. etc)

•costruzione SL a LNL

• test funzionali dei medesimi (HV, rate in cosmici,..)

• assemblaggio di camere

• test esaustivi delle medesime con r/o (efficienze, risoluzioni,..)

• trasporto Cern, tests, installazione

• finalizzazione progetto trigger, eventuali tests ulteriori

•attivita’ software (vedi presentazione Mirco)

Stima man-power necessario per costruzione camere:

2 tecnici meccanici + 2 elettrotecnici per linea di produzione SL:

3 linee = 12 tecnici a LNL (10 da Pd, 2 da Bo) per attivita’ di trigger e front-end: qualche tecnico elettronico da OE (da quantificare)

per preparazione particolari meccanici+ installazione al Cern ci sara’a bisogno di altri tecnici dalla OM

supporto del gruppo calcolo per i PC che gestiscono i tools a LNL

attivita’ di fisici necessaria per attivita’ di tests rivelatori, integrazione al Cern con altri sottosistemi ( per es. RPC),..
