¨ Sarà applicato il PROTOCOLLO DI INDIRIZZO PER IL CONTRASTO E IL CONTENIMENTO DEI RI- SCHI DA CONTAGIO DEL VIRUS COVID-19 NELLA PRATICA DELLO SPORT DEGLI SCACCHI ema- nato da FSI, nonché le misure indicate nel DPCM in vigore alla data di svolgimento della Manife- stazione.

¨ Non saranno ammessi atleti che presentino sintomi simil-influenzali e/o al rilevamento della temperatura, la stessa risulti >= 37,5°

Þ Cittadini Italiani e Stranieri residenti in Italia in possesso della tessera FSI 2021 Agonistica o Juniores.

Þ Cittadini Stranieri NON residenti in Italia in possesso di FIN (FIDE Identity Number) (chi ne fosse sprovvisto può farne richiesta alla propria Federazione prima di iscriversi al torneo) Turni / Cadenza di gioco :

¨ MASTER Elo >=2000 9 turni - 120’ x 40 mosse + 30’ a finire + 30”incremento

¨ QUEENSIDE A Elo <=2100 9 turni - 120’ + 30’’ incremento

¨ QUEENSIDE B Elo < 2200 7 turni - 120’ + 30” incremento

¨ OPEN NON VEDENTI (Integrale) 7 turni - 120’ + 30” incremento

Þ Wild Card: Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di inserire in nel torneo MASTER fino a 3 gio- catori.

Þ Tempo di tolleranza: 60 minuti (tutti i tornei). Il giocatore che raggiungerà la scacchiera oltre tale termi- ne dall’inizio della sessione di gioco perderà la partita.

Þ Turni Accelerati: se il numero degli iscritti supera i 100 giocatori, i primi due turni si svolgeranno con

”accelerazione Baku (FIDE C.04.5.1)”

Þ Assenze : l’assenza ad un turno deve essere comunicata entro la fine del turno precedente l’assenza.

Þ Risultati : I risultati saranno pubblicati al termine del turno di gioco. I giocatori avranno due ore di tempo per verificarne l’esattezza e contattare il Capo Arbitro se si fosse verificato un errore.

Þ Gli Abbinamenti saranno pubblicati dopo due ore dalla pubblicazione dei risultati.

Regolamento

¨ Nell’area di gioco sono ammessi solo i giocatori la cui partita è ancora in corso.

¨ L’Area del Torneo è costituita dall’area di gioco, Servizi Igienici, Area Ristoro, Area Fumatori.

Il giocatore non potrà allontanarsi dall’Area del Torneo senza il permesso dell’Arbitro.

¨ Ai giocatori non è consentito avere apparecchiature elettroniche nell’area del Torneo durante la partita.

Sarà allestito un punto di raccolta per le apparecchiature elettroniche con consegna di tagliando per il ritiro. Se risulta evidente che un giocatore tiene addosso un tale dispositivo nell’area del Torneo, perderà la partita. L’avversario vincerà. L’arbitro può richiedere al giocatore di consentire che i suoi abiti, borse o altri oggetti personali siano ispezionati in privato. Se un giocatore rifiuta di cooperare con questo obbligo, l’arbitro dovrà prendere misure in base all’Articolo 12.9 (Laws Art.11.3).

¨ Fair Play : saranno effettuati controlli a campione con l’utilizzo di Metal Detector

¨ Sarà costituita una Commissione d’appello formata da: Direttore di Gara, Organizzatore due GM (uno Italiano ed uno Straniero)

¨ I giocatori disabili che necessitano di particolari attenzioni sono pregati di preannunciare le loro necessi- tà con almeno 30 giorni di anticipo.

¨ Nell’area del Torneo è vietato fumare (comprese le sigarette elettroniche) salvo che nell’area riservata.

¨ I premi non sono cumulabili né divisibili, tranne il premio per la miglior variazione “W-We”, e verranno consegnati esclusivamente durante la premiazione al diretto interessato dietro presentazione dell’apposi- ta dichiarazione scaricabile dal Sito. Tutti i premi in denaro superiori a € 100 saranno erogati tramite bonifico bancario. Il giocatore che venisse espulso o che si ritirasse dal torneo perderà il diritto ad even- tuali premi di sua spettanza.

¨ Il Comitato Organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone e cose che dovessero verificarsi prima, durante e dopo la Manifestazione.

¨ La partecipazione alla manifestazione sottintende il consenso di ogni giocatore alla pubblicazione di im- magini, dati personali e dei risultati conseguiti (per i minori il consenso è dato dai Genitori).

¨ L’organizzazione, nel rispetto dei regolamenti FSI e FIDE in vigore al momento della manifestazione, si riserva di apportare tutte le eventuali modifiche che si rendessero necessarie per il buon esito della ma- nifestazione o per motivi di forza maggiore.

Þ Wild Card: The Organizier reserves the right to include up to 3 players in MASTER Tournament.

Þ Delay Time : 60 minutes (all tournaments). The player who reaches the chessboard after this deadline from the start of the game session will lose the game.

Þ Pairings: Swiss FIDE

Þ Accelerated Rounds: if the number of registered exceeds 100 players, the first two rounds will take pla- ce with "Baku Acceleration (FIDE C.04.5.1)"

Þ Tie-Breaks : Buchholz Cut1, Buchholz Integral, ARO

Þ Games results will be published at the end of each round. Players will have two hours to verify its accu- racy and contact the Chief Arbiter if a mistake occurred.

Þ The Pairing for next round will be published two hours after the results publication.

Regulation

¨ Only players whose game is still in progress are allowed into the playing area.

¨ The Playing Vanue consists of the playing area, toilets, refreshment area, smoking area.

The player may not leave the Playing Vanue without the permission of the Arbiter.

¨ During a game, a player is forbidden to have any electronic device not specifically approved by the arbiter in the playing venue. A collection point will be set up for electronic equipment with delivery of a coupon for collection. If it is evident that a player has such a device on their person in the playing venue, the player shall lose the game. The opponent shall win. The arbiter may require the player to allow his clothes, bags, other items or body to be inspected, in private. If a player refuses to cooperate with these obliga- tions, the arbiter shall take measures in accordance with Art.12.9. (Laws Art. 11.3)

¨ Fair Play : random player control with handle metal detector.

¨ An appeal committee will be set up consisting of: the Chief Arbiter, one Organizer, two GMs (one Italian and one Foreign).

¨ Disabled players who require special attention are requested to announce their needs at least 30 days in advance.

¨ Smoking is prohibited in the Playing Vanue (including e-cigarettes) except in the assigned area

¨ The prizes are not cumulative or divisible, except for the prize for the best variation “W-We” and will be delivered exclusively during the award ceremony to the person concerned upon presentation of the appro- priate declaration downloadable from the Site. All cash prizes exceeding € 100 will be paid by bank trans- fer.

¨ The player who is expelled or who withdraws from the tournament will lose the right to any prizes he is entitled to.

¨ The Organizing Committee declines all responsibility for damage to persons and things that may occur before, during and after the Event.

¨ Participation in the event implies the consent of each player to the publication of images, personal data and the results achieved (for minors, consent is given by the Parents).

¨ The Organization, in compliance with the FSI and FIDE regulations in force at the time of the event, reser- ves the right to make any changes that may be necessary for the success of the event or for reasons of for- ce majeure.
