Annex

 SELF-PRODUCED VIDEO PRESENTANTION of the volunteer and the project in which he/she is involved. The video can be realized with any instrument (non-professional cameras, cameras, smart phones, etc.), lasting up to 3 minutes. Video quality is not a selection criterion. The video should 2

be made preferably in Italian; if you send it in another language (including English, French, Spanish, Portuguese), it will be published on the web site without translation, unless subtitles will be provided.

As an alternative to the video, the application may be accompanied by:

 SLIDESHOW (preferably with musical accompaniment and text), lasting no more than 3 minutes

How to proceed:

1) Upload the video/presentation on YouTube of the Organization or the personal of the volunteer, as UNLISTED;

2) Provide the link ____________________________________________________

 Statement or articles of people who know the volunteer to tell the experience with him/ her.

 Pictures of the candidate (if possible as jpg format and high resolution).

 Short presentation of the candidate (max 2000 characters including spaces).

 Curriculum vitae of the candidate.
