A4. Liquidazione e fatture
Il compenso deve essere liquidato entro 60 giorni data fattura.
La fattura deve essere emessa con cadenza semestrale (giugno e dicembre) secondo quanto maturato nel periodo di riferimento, sulla base di apposita richiesta di emissione fattura da parte di AbbVie.

CRO – organizzazione di ricerca a Contratto alla quale lo sponsor può affidare una parte o tutte le proprie competenze in tema di sperimentazione clinica;
Monitor – il responsabile del monitoraggio della Sperimentazione individuato dallo sponsor/CRO;
Auditor – il responsabile della esecuzione della verifica sulla conduzione della Sperimentazione, come parte integrante della assicurazione di qualità, individuato dallo sponsor/CRO.
