7. Conclusioni per la pratica dell’allena- dell’allena-mento
L’aggiunta dell’allenamento di stabilizzazione du-rante il riscaldamento non genera un ulteriore in-cremento delle prestazioni nello sprint rettilineo e nello sprint con cambio di direzione, piuttosto va ad inficiarne le prestazioni in termini di tempi: si trat-ta di un aspetto riscontrabile in diverse discipline sportive, di cui sono caratteristici gli sprint brevi si-no a 30 metri o gli sprint con cambio di direzione, ad es. calcio, pallamano o basket. Anche per le sin-gole discipline dell’atletica leggera, come lo sprint sui 100 metri o il salto in lungo, non ci si deve at-tendere un incremento delle prestazioni in segui-to all’esecuzione di un programma di stabilizzazio-ne durante il riscaldamento. Gli esercizi di stabiliz-zazione potrebbero portare ad un incremento della prestazione qualora, tuttavia, l’atleta dovesse pre-sentare problemi di stabilizzazione del tronco: defi-cit muscolari di questo tipo possono inoltre essere superati grazie ad un allenamento della forza ade-guato e a lungo termine.
