3.4. Su sveikata susijusios fizinės ir psichinės gyvenimo pilnatvės vertinimo rezultatai prieš ir po

SF-36 klausimyno pagalba įvertinus tiriamųjų su sveikata susijusios psichinės ir fizinės pilnatvės rodiklius, nustatėme, kad po kineziterapijos statistiškai reikšmingai pagerėjo fizinis aktyvumas, veiklos apribojimo dėl fizinių negalavimų, energingumo ir gyvybingumo, socialinės funkcijos bei bendro sveikatos vertinimas (p<0,05). Pastebėjome tendenciją, kad gerėjo veiklos apribojimo dėl emocinių sutrikimų, emocinės būklės ir skausmo vertinimas (36 pav.).

IŠVADOS

1. Po kineziterapijos, apmutaciją patyrusiems asmenims, bendras kūno masių centras statistiškai reikšmingai pasislinko atgal.

2. Po kineziterapijos, statistiškai reikšmingai sumažėjo krūtininės ir padidėjo juosmeninės stuburo dalies linkiai sagitalioje plokštumoje, taip pat padidėjo stuburo sričių mobilumas.

3. Po kineziterapijos frontalioje plokštumoje reikšmingų stuburo linkių pokyčių nebuvo. Atliekant šoninį lenkimą į operuotos kojos pusę, padidėjo juosmeninės stuburo srities mobilumas.

4. Po kineziterapijos liemens giliųjų raumenų ištvermė, vertinant Mathiass testu, nepakito.

5. Po kineziterapijos gyvenimo pilnatvės vetinimas fizinio aktyvumo, veiklos apribojimo dėl fizinių negalavimų, energingumo ir gyvybingumo, socialinės funkcijos aspektais statistiškai reikšmingai pagerėjo.

PRAKTINĖS REKOMENDACIJOS

1. Atsižvelgiant į mūsų tyrimo metu gautus rezultatus, žmonėms, patyrusiems blauzdos amputaciją, po pirminio protezavimo laikotarpio, rekomenduojame vertinti benrdą kūno masių centro poslinkio bei krūtininės ir juosmeninės stuburo sričių mobilumo pokyčius po kineziterapijos. 2. Rekomenduojame žmonėms, patyrusiems blauzdos amputaciją, stuburo linkius ir mobilumą

vertint naudojant Spinal Mouse įranga, kurios pagalba galima atlikti objektyvų, greitą, detalų ir vaizdų įvertinimą bei kaupti duomenis duomenų bazėje kineziterapijos efektyvumo įvertinimui, duomenų palyginimui.
