Abstract
This thesis describes the design and development of SCDM 2.0 (Supply Chain Data Mart 2.0), a decision support system for Kering, a luxury goods holding. Goal of SCDM 2.0 is to control Kering supply chain performance, providing a reporting tool for monitoring the business evolution, in a unique business language.
After a presentation of the case study, best practices used during the project development are described. The phases covered by this document are the business process analysis, the technical modelling and logical design of the data marts, the extract, transform and load process and the description of development tools used in this phase, and the reporting system delivered.
