Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to inform you that your abstract (Title:xxx,Reference number:R00421) has been accepted for oral presentation at the 23rd International Symposium on Dynamics of Vehicles on Roads and Tracks (19th-23th August 2013 in Qingdao

China). On behalf of the IAVSD 2013 Organizing Committee, we invite you to attend and participate in the conference to present your paper.

As presenting author you must reconfirm your intent to give an oral presentation by marking in the space provided below and return this e-mail to iavsd2013qingdao@gmail.com before 1st April 2013.

___ ( yes / no) I hereby confirm that I intend to give an oral presentation on the work above at the 23rd International Symposium on Dynamics of Vehicles on Roads and Tracks.

Regarding registration:

Each presenter is expected to register for the IAVSD 2013 Symposium before 1st June 2013. Otherwise presentations may be withheld from the on-site program and proceedings CD if registrations are not received.

The conference registration will be available soon through the IAVSD2013 Website http://iavsd13.tplswjtu.com/. The deadline for reduced registration fee is 1st June 2013.

Regarding Submission:

As for The final version of the Abstract (2 pages) as well as the manuscript (6-10 pages) for the full paper SHALL be submitted on-line to the Conference Secretariat and only as unprotected 2003 or 2007 version of Word via the official Conference website (http://iavsd13.tplswjtu.com/ ). Paper Instruction and the template will also be found on the IAVSD2013 Website – see 'authors center’.

Please note that Submission of the final version of the Abstract (2 pages) will not be late than 1st June and the deadline for the 6-10 pages full paper submission is 1st July. The reviewing of the final papers for the supplement of Vehicle System Dynamics will be based on the 6-10 pages full paper.

Regarding presentation at the Symposium:

Your paper will be given 25minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for questions.

The full schedule and instructions regarding the presentation will be published on the Conference website in due course.
