- S Sarrocco, R Baroncelli, F Valenti, G Piaggeschi, A Zapparata, A Moretti, G Vannacci (2015) Trichoderma gamsii vs Fusarium Head Blight: the show must go on! _13th European Fusarium Seminar (EFS13). 10-14 May 2015, Martina Franca, Italy.

One-week training at the University of Western Brittany (France, 11-18 May 2015):

I worked with dr. Riccardo Baroncelli, who was enrolled as Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Western Brittany (France), in order to improve the genome annotation of the beneficial fungus Trichoderma gamsii isolate 6085, focusing mostly on ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) membrane transporters and mycoparasitism-related protein families.

Participation in quality of scientific collaborator for the “call for application” to the CARIPLO foundation’s announcement.

The thematic “Integrated research on industrial biotechnologies and bioeconomy” is focused on two main lines: - proteomic approach to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which

Trichoderma interacts with plants; - comparative proteomics between Trichoderma- fungi and Trichoderma-human cells interactions in order to assess threats on human health.

Attended academic courses: - (scheduled) Scientific English; - (scheduled) Statistics;

- (additional) Elements of evolutionary biology (Prof. Andrea Zuccolo, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna).
