5HVXOWV6LJQLÀFDQWKLJKHUSUHYDOHQFHRIUHGFRPSOH[VSHFLHVDQGLQFUHDVHGDPRXQWRIP. gingivalis and T. denticola were detected in periodontal pocket of periodontitis patients.

&RQFOXVLRQV Results demonstrated that the test is a valuable tool to improve diagnosis of periodontal disease.
