INFO TECNICHE

Guide cassetto:

I cassetti-cesti hanno un sistema di guida nascosto con carrello di scorrimento su sfere, e possono essere dotati di sistema con chiusura assistita. In funzione del mobile scelto la guida potrà essere ad estrazione totale, parziale, push pull e dotata di regolazione per un’ottimale allineamento dei frontali. Nel caso con apertura push pull, la chiusura non sarà assistita.

Cerniere e basette:

Le ante sono fi ssate alla scocca tramite cerniere e basette in acciaio, che permettono l’a- pertura dell’anta e vari tipi di regolazione per un’ottimale allineamento dei frontali.

Ribalte:

Le ante a ribalta oltre ad avere cerniere e basette, hanno un sistema pneumatico che age- vola il movimento in apertura.

Scorrevole e complanare:

Le ante hanno un sistema di guida con carrello di scorrimento su binari, dotato di regolazione per un’ottimale movimentazione.

Accessori per armadi e cabine:

Costituiti da parti metalliche, plastiche, fi bra di legno o tessuti nelle fi niture previste a listino, possono essere dotati di guide metalliche per l’estrazione, o di meccanismi oleodi- namici.

In funzione del mobile scelto le ante possono avere il rientro fi nale assistito, e dotate di raddrizza ante con regolazione che ne permette la planarità.

INFORMAZIONI

Bordi:

I bordi a vista sono in legno, legno supportato ABS e ABS, in funzione della fi nitura del mobile. I bordi non a vista sono in carta.

Verniciatura:

La verniciatura viene eseguita con vernici trasparenti fotopolimerizzabili, più o meno co- prenti e lucide, in relazione alla fi nitura del mobile. I pannelli per le versioni laccate sono verniciati con colori opachi e lucidi (previsti a listino). La versione opaca viene ottenuta con vernici all’acqua. La versione lucida viene ottenuta applicando una vernice poliure- tanica. La verniciatura dei legni avviene tramite un ciclo UV (fotopolimerizzabile) a basso residuo solido o tramite un ciclo di verniciatura a spruzzo con vernice acrilica antingiallen- te o all’acqua.

Manutenzione e pulizia:

Le superfi ci vanno pulite con un panno morbido inumidito. Non utilizzare detersivi in polvere, prodotti abrasivi o aggressivi che contengono alcool o solventi vari. Le superfi ci in pelle vanno pulite con un panno morbido e asciutto, evitando eccessivi strofi namenti per non danneggiare la pelle. Non utilizzare in alcun modo, prodotti per la pulizia della pelle.

Precauzioni:

L’esposizione delle superfi ci alla luce diretta del sole, puo’ causare variazioni di colore nel tempo e non deve essere considerato un difetto; evitare inoltre di posizionare i mobili in prossimita’ di fonti di calore o umidita’ eccessive.

Smaltimento:

Al termine della sua utilizzazione non disperdere il mobile nell’ambiente, ma chiamare l’azienda comunale di smaltimento rifi uti solidi urbani per il suo trasporto in discarica o l’eventuale recupero.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

Drawer runners:

The drawers-large drawers feature a concealed runner system with a ball sliding carriage, and they may be equipped with an assisted closing system. Depending on the chosen item of furniture, the runners may be full extension, partial extension, push pull and adjustable for optimum drawer front alignment. If fi tted with push pull opening, no assisted closing system is envisaged.

Hinges and hinge plates:

The doors are secured to the body using steel hinges and base plates, which allow the door to open and various adjustments for optimum alignment of fronts.

Flaps:

Flap doors not only have hinges and base plates, but they are also fi tted with a pneumatic system that facilitates the opening movement.

Sliding and coplanar:

These doors slide open and shut on a ball sliding carriage fi tted on tracks, which is

INFORMATION

Edges:

The visible edges are made of wood, wood on an ABS base and ABS; depending on the fi nish of the item of furniture in question. The concealed edges are made of paper.

Paint:

The paint applied is clear photopolymerisable varnish, more or less covering and low or high gloss, depending on the fi nish of the item of furniture The panels on the lacquered versions are painted with matt and high gloss colours (envisaged in the price list). The matt version is coated with water-based paints. The high gloss version is coated with polyurethane pain. The wood is painted using a low solid residue UV (photopolymerisable) cycle or using a water-based or anti-yellowing acrylic paint spraying cycle.

Cleaning and care:

Wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use powder detergents, abrasives or aggressive cleaners containing alcohol or solvents. Clean leather surfaces with a soft dry cloth; so do not rub excessively to avoid damaging the leather. Do not use cleaning pro- ducts under any circumstances.

Precautions:

Exposing the surfaces to direct sunlight could cause the colour to fade over time; this must not be considered a defect; also avoid placing the units near sources of excessive heat or humidity.

Disposal:

At the end of its life span, do not dispose of this item of furniture in the environment.

Instead, call your local solid urban waste disposal company to have it taken to the tip or possibly recycled.

Coulisses tiroir:

Les tiroirs ont un système de glissement caché avec chariot de coulissement sur sphères et peuvent être équipés d’un système avec fermeture assistée. En fonction du meuble choisi, la coulisse pourra être à extraction totale, partielle, push pull et équipée de réglage pour un alignement parfait des façades. En cas d’ouverture push pull, la fermeture ne sera pas assistée.

Charnières et bases:

Les portes sont fi xées à la structure moyennant des charnières et des bases en acier, permettant l’ouverture de la porte et diff érents types de réglage pour un alignement parfait des façades.

INFORMATIONS

Bords:

Les bords visibles sont en bois, bois supporté en ABS et ABS, en fonction de la fi nition du meuble. Les bords non visibles sont en papier.

Vernissage:

Le vernissage est eff ectué avec des vernis transparents photopolymérisables, plus ou moins couvrants et brillants, en fonction de la fi nition du meuble.Les panneaux pour les versions laquées sont vernis avec des laqués mats et brillants (prévus dans le catalogue).

La version mate s’obtient avec des vernis à l’eau. La version brillante s’obtient en appli- quant un vernis polyuréthane. Le vernissage des bois s’eff ectue moyennant un cycle UV (photopolymérisable) à bas résidu solide ou moyennant un cycle de vernissage à pistolet avec un vernis acrylique anti-jaunissement ou à l’eau.

Entretien et nettoyage:

Les surfaces doivent être nettoyées avec un chiff on doux humide. Ne pas utiliser de détergents en poudre, de produits abrasifs ou agressifs contenant de l’alcool ou quelque solvant. Les surfaces en cuir doivent être nettoyées avec un chiff on doux et sec, en évitant de trop frotter pour ne pas endommager le cuir. Ne jamais utiliser de produits pour le nettoyage du cuir.

Précautions:

L’exposition des surfaces à la lumière directe du soleil peut causer des variations du coloris au fi l du temps. Ceci ne doit pas être considéré comme un défaut. Éviter également de positionner les meubles près de sources de chaleur ou d’humidité excessive.

Élimination:

À la fi n de son utilisation ne pas jeter le meuble dans l’environnement , mais appeler la so- ciété communale chargée de l’élimination des déchets solides urbains pour son transport dans une décharge ou pour son éventuelle récupération.

Guías de cajón:

Los cajones-cestos tienen un sistema de guía oculto, con carro de deslizamiento sobre bo- las, y pueden incluir sistema de autocierre. Dependiendo del mueble elegido, la guía podrá ser de extracción total, parcial, push-pull o con regulación, para una perfecta alineación de los frontales. En caso de apertura push pull, no habrá mecanismo de autocierre.

Bisagras y soportes:

Las puertas van fi jadas a la estructura mediante bisagras y soportes de acero, que permi- ten la apertura de la puerta y los diversos tipos de regulación para una perfecta alineación de los frontales.

Puertas abatibles:

INFORMACIÓN

Cantos:

Los cantos a la vista son de madera, madera soportada ABS y ABS, dependiendo el acabado del mueble. Los cantos no a la vista son de papel.

Barnizado:

El barnizado se realiza con barnices transparentes fotopolimerizables, más o menos cu- brientes y brillantes, dependiendo del acabado del mueble. Los paneles para las versiones lacadas están barnizados con colores mate y brillantes (indicados en la lista de precios). La versión mate se realiza con barnices al agua. La versión brillante se realiza aplicando un barniz de poliuretano. El barnizado de las maderas se realiza mediante un ciclo UV (foto- polimerizable) con bajo residuo seco o mediante un ciclo de rociado con barniz acrílico antiamarilleo o al agua.

Mantenimiento y limpieza:

Las superfi cies deben limpiarse con un paño suave húmedo. No utilice detergentes en polvo, productos abrasivos o agresivos que contengan alcohol o disolventes. Las superfi cies de piel deben limpiarse con un paño suave seco, sin frotar demasiado para no estropear la piel. No utilice en ningún caso productos para la limpieza de la piel.

Precauciones:

Si se exponen las superfi cies a la luz directa del Sol, con el tiempo pueden producirse variaciones de color, que no se deben considerar un defecto; tampoco se deben colocar los muebles cerca de fuentes de calor o humedad excesivos.

Eliminación:

Al fi nal de su vida útil, no libere el mueble al medio ambiente; llame a la empresa mu- nicipal de eliminación de residuos sólidos urbanos para su transporte al vertedero o su reciclaje.

TECHNISCHE INFORMATIONEN

Führungsschienen der Schubladen:

Die Schubladen verfügen über ein versenktes Laufschienensystem mit Kugellaufwerk und können mit einem Dämpfungssystem versehen werden. Je nach Modell sind die Schu- bladenführungen mit Vollauszug, Teilauszug oder Push-Pull-Öff nung; über ein Einstellsy- stem können die Fronten optimal ausgerichtet werden. Bei der Push-Pull-Öff nung ist die Öff nung nicht gedämpft.

Scharniere und Grundplatten:

Die Türen werden mit Scharnieren und Grundplatten aus Stahl am Korpus befestigt, mit denen die Türen geöff net und eingestellt werden können, so dass die Fronten optimal ausgerichtet werden können.

Klapptüren:

Die Klapptüren verfügen zusätzlich zu den Scharnieren und Grundplattenüber über ein pneumatisches System zur Dämpfung der Bewegung beim Öff nen.

INFORMATIONEN

Kanten:

Je nach Ausführung des Modells sind die Sichtkanten aus Holz, Holz auf ABS und ABS.

Die nicht sichtbare Kanten sind aus Papier.

Lackierung:

Die Lackierung besteht aus lichthärtenden Lacken; je nach Ausführung des Möbels werden transparente, mehr oder weniger deckende und glänzende Lacke verwendet. Die Platten der lackierten Ausführungen werden mit matten und glänzenden Farben lackiert (entsprechend der in der Preisliste aufgeführten Farben). Die matte Ausführung wird mit Wasserlacken lackiert. Die glänzende Ausführung wird mit Polyurethanlack lackiert. Die Hölzer erhalten entweder eine UV-Lackierung (lichthärtende Lacke) mit niedrigem Festkör- pergehalt oder sie werden mit Antigilb-Acryllack oder Wasserlack spritzlackiert.

Pfl ege und Reinigung:

Die Oberfl ächen der Möbel mit einem angefeuchteten weichen Tuch reinigen. Keine Reini- gungspulver, aggressiven Scheuermittel verwenden, die Alkohol oder andere Lösungsmit- tel enthalten. Lederfl ächen mit einem trockenen weichen Tuch reinigen. Nicht übermäßig reiben, damit das Leder nicht beschädigt wird. Keine Reinigungsmittel für Leder verwenden!

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen:

Werden die Oberfl ächen der Möbel direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt, kann dies mit der Zeit zu Veränderungen der Farbe führen. Diese Farbveränderungen sind keine Pro- duktmängel. Die Möbel darüber hinaus nicht neben Quellen aufstellen, die starke Hitze oder Feuchtigkeit abgeben.

Entsorgung:

Das Möbelstück nach seiner Verwendung umweltgerecht entsorgen. Dazu den kommuna- len Entsorgungsdienst für städtischen Abfall rufen, damit das Möbelstück auf die Deponie gebracht oder dem Recycling zugeführt werden kann.
