Il sottoscritto dichiara di conoscere e di accettare tutte le disposizioni e norme che stanno alla base di Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019.
I hereby declare that I take part in the Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 at my own risk. I will not hold the Organiser, its Officials or anyone else mentioned in the Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018 Regulations responsible for any accidents, injuries etc. occurring during the Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018 Events. I have knowledge of and undertake to follow all regulations and rules governing the Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018.
Der Unterzeichnende erklärt hiermit, dass er auf eigenes Risiko am Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 teilnimmt. Er bestätigt, dass er den Veranstalter, seine Offiziellen oder irgendeine andere in der Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018 Ausschreibung aufgeführten Person oder Partei für keinerlei Unfälle, Verletzungen usw. verantwortlich macht, die während der Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018 Veranstaltungen auftreten könnten. Der Unterzeichnende erklärt, dass er Kenntnis von allen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften die dem Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2018 zugrunde liegen hat
und diese anerkennt.

Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019
REGULATIONS
Art. 1.0 Organisation
The following organizers: AK Olimpija, AMD Zvezda, AŠD SA-I, E4Run asd, Scuderia Red White, AK Buzet in AK INA Delta, organize a Hill Climb Trophy between Slovenia, Italian Triveneto area and Croatia.
The Technical Committee of Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 will be consisted of Flavio Candoni, Viktor Levec, Mirjana Šimek Bilić and Andrej Orel.
Art. 2.0 Events
The Trophy will be consisting of 7 (seven) events; 3 (three) on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, 2 (two) in Italy, in the territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia and 2 (two) in Croatia:
10. – 12. Maj Nagrada Stubičkih Toplica (HRV)
31.Maj- 2. Jun 50. Verzegnis - Sella Chianzutan, (ITA - UD) 14.-16. Jun Gorjanci (SVN)
09.-11. August Lučine (SVN) 30.-31. Avgust and 1. September Ilirska Bistrica (SVN) 13.-15. September Buzetski dani (HRV)
04. – 06. October 42. Cividale - Castelmonte (ITA - UD) Art. 3.0 Participants
The Trophy is open to all Competitors with valid license issued by any Federation recognized by the FIA (International Automobile Federation).
Art. 4.0 Registration
The Competitors should send the Entry Form to the Secretariat accompanied by the entry fee of € 150,00 for Modern cars and € 140,00 for Historic cars. Only after the regular registration (complete entry form and entry fee) Drivers can scores the points for the Trophy classification.
No points will be counted retroactively. Entry closing date is 01. August 2019.
The Competitors registered in the Trophy will have a priority registration until two days before the closing date fixed by the Supplementary Regulations of each Event.
The stickers with the logo of a sponsor of the Trophy must necessarily appear on the cars driven in the races by the Competitor, otherwise the points earned will be deleted.

Art. 6.0 Facilities
The Competitors registered in the Trophy benefit a reduced entry fee for the Trophy races that take place outside their country of nationality which will max. amount to € 140,00 (one hundred forty) for modern cars and 120,00 (one hundred twenty) for historic cars.
Nationality of the Competitor is determined with their competitor license.
The organizers agreed that they will also provide drivers, who will be registered in the trophy, with a reduced entry fee of at least 10% in their country.
Art. 7.0 Subdivisions, Groups and Scoring
To obtain points valid for the final Trophy classification the Entrants must be participate (take the start at the practice) to a minimum of four (4) events, obligatorily including 2 (two) races in Slovenia and 1 (one) race in Italy and 1 (one) in Croatia.
3 7.1 – Modern Cars
For the allocation of points valid for the Trophy are instituted Classes and Divisions (D1 - D2 - D3) unified for groups of vehicles as follows:
D1 Groups N (including Racing Start)– A (Kitcar-WRC-S2000) D2 Groups E1 - GT - E2SH
D3 Groups CN - E2SC - E2SS
Only for Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 classifications, the expired homologation cars, will be included in the classes of Groups N and A.
Scores will be calculated according to the classification "scratch" of the Division considering only the Trophy Entrants according to the following table:

The cars will be divided according to the following cylinder capacity classes:
Groups N - A - E1 Classes:
- up to 1400 cm3
- from 1400 cm3 up to 1600 cm3 - from 1600 cm3 up to 2000 cm3
- over 2000 cm3
Group GT Unique class
Groups E2SH - CN - E2SC - E2SS Classes:
- up to 2000 cm3
- over 2000 cm3
Only for Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 classifications, the expired homologation cars,
4 will be included in the classes of Groups N and A.
The Class points will be calculated considering all the drivers who take the start according to the following table:

There will be three general classifications of Division, obtained by summing the points acquired in the classification of Division and Class of each of the Events indicated in Art.2.
7.2 Historic Cars
The historic cars will be divided into five (5) Categories provided by the FIA and the scores will be calculated as for the Divisions and Classes of modern cars, without unifications.
There will be an overall classification for each of the five Categories obtained by adding the points acquired in the classification of Category and Class of each of the Events indicated in Article 2.
Art. 8.0 Prizes and Cups, Prize Giving Ceremony
8.1 - Cups
The following cups shall be awarded:
To 1st - 2nd - 3rd of each the Division modern car
To 1st - 2nd - 3rd of each of the five Categories of Historic Cars.
5 8.2 - Money Prizes
The first three of each Division of Modern Cars will receive money prizes as follows:
To 1st classified € 1.000,00 To 2nd classified € 700,00 To 3rd classified € 400,00
If Entrants in each Division of the Trophy were less than 15 the money prize will be reduced by 50%, if Entrants in each Division of the Trophy were 3 or less the money prize will get only the 1stclassified driver.
The first three of each Category of Historic Cars will receive money prizes as follows:
To 1st classified € 600,00 To 2nd classified € 300,00 To 3rd classified € 200,00
If Entrants in each Category of the Trophy were less than 6, the prize money will be reduced by 50%, if Entrants in each Category of the Trophy were 3 or less the money prize will get only the 1stclassified driver.
8.3 - Prize Giving Ceremony
The Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019 Prize Giving Ceremony will be held at a date and place to be communicated before last race.
Art.9. Disputes
In the case of disagreement of interpretation of the Regulations is agreed that the text in English is considered the official one.
All cases, not sufficient covered by the present Regulations, will be decided by the Technical Committee of Alpe Adria Hill Climb Trophy 2019.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify at any time the provisions of present Regulations to ensure the best outcome to the event, notifying all members.
